Really helpful

This app is really useful for tracking certain things and is quick and easy to use. I’ve had this app for around 2-3 years now and it is very handy. It has logged me out once but not an issue as it was easy to log back in, the app has multiple features such as a little journal/note bit , a graph to show you any patterns in your symptoms along with other things.

Such a great idea poorly executed

The app is just too buggy to be a reliable resource. The makers need to understand that frustrating a hopeless + suicidal pmdd sufferer isn’t a great way to retain customers. lol.

Could not use

I couldn’t even try out the app, it wouldn’t let me use it without setting up an account and confirming my email address no big deal but I never got the confirmation email so I couldn’t even access the app.

Horrible and verification doesn’t work at all

Tried verifying account several times which didn’t work. Then tried using without an account which then glitched out (it showed a “⚠️S” looking thing, idk)
Very bad to use.

Both good… and could be better

Overall, I’m excited to track my symptoms better. As someone with PMDD, but no period blood to track, it’s hard for me to know when the next wave is coming. I’m suicidal for 3 days a month, and then totally fine. Birth control its helping with most symptoms, but I just need to know when those 3 days are coming. It’s effecting my job and relationships.

I can’t seem to save any of my journal entries, I’m not sure if there’s a button to push I’m just not seeing. Would be nice to write in our own symptoms too. I wanna track my high points too.

Oh and if the graphs could ignore the days with no data instead of counting them as 0, that’d be better too. Having a level 8 day followed by no entry (0) and back to 9 looks like a dip, when it’s not.

Made by a dude

Why would I trust using an app made by a man, specifically for womens PMS symptoms? I assure you the developer doesn't even believe in PMDD.

Good so far

Good to track symptoms and haven't seen my doctor yet. But, i wish it had reminder to remind you to enter data daily

Great idea but needs work

I started using this app back in February 2022 and stopped around April or May 2022. I was incredibly happy to have come across this app, on a Google search, as PMDD was a new self diagnosed for me at the time(started in about Jan 2021). Anyways it definitely needs some tweaking and updating. Here are my gripes about it:
*Under journal tab you have an option to use key words to search all journal entries. Only except when you type in a word to search nothing pops up.
*As others have stated here on the reviews, I was booted out once back in 2022 and had to go through the process of signing in or the app not recognizing my email.
*Also I try to type in a new note and it won’t allow me to save the note. I’m not sure if there’s a save button all the way at the bottom but on my phone it doesn’t show up.

Developers please fix these bugs on the app because this app helps me and others to stay sane by knowing when insanity is creeping in for the month.

Needs works

Loved the concept but journal entry was a nightmare just made my rage worse as deleted my data 3 times and just wouldn’t save anything. Would be useful if I could sync in to other apps where I track my cycle through logging my temperature

Great until it’s not

I was excited to find this app to make symptom tracking easier and be able to give my dr data easily. However, you generally need to track 2 cycles worth of information for it to be useful and just before the end of the second cycle it kicks you out and tells you to register. When you try to register it won’t let you, and all your data is gone…

Cannot Register

I have tried multiple times with different user names, passwords, and email addresses, and each attempt results in an “unable to register” response. Terrible app if you can’t even sign up for it. With something as frustrating as PMDD, I say look for something else. That’s what I plan to do.

Clunky, buggy & frustrating

This app doesn’t work nearly as well as some others, nor is it customizable (eg where you can track treatments or add specific symptoms). Tracking cycles is difficult. Further, and most infuriating, it logged me out and doesn’t recognize my email now, so a password reset isn’t possible and **several months of data is lost!**
I switched to this app upon the recommendation of my clinician, but I’m going back to the more reliable, more customizable one I used for a year before this.

Why Did I Get Logged Out?

This is a great app when it doesn’t log you out. I’ve tried signing in again. I’ve tried creating a new account. Nothing works. I read the reviews and several other people have had the same exact problem. PMDD is a medical condition and I can’t log my symptoms due to this very crappy app. Do better! Off to go find a new app that works properly.

Don’t

Same thing as the other reviews have said, I’ve used this app for a year and a half and it randomly logged me out today, says “unable to login” with all my info and says it doesn’t recognize my email. It’s very unfortunate to have such a helpful app that is so glitchy and nobody seems to fix. Don’t waste your time.

can no longer access

i loved this app and it made communicating my symptoms with my partner so much easier when i wasn’t able to talk through them. however, i am no longer able to access my account after it logged me out and i can’t seem to find a workaround. it’s very frustrating! i assume my data will be lost and i hope the developers figure this issue out that others also seem to be having. many of us rely on this app and there are not many like it

App stopped working

I started using a little over a week ago. Went to update my symptoms yesterday and was signed out of app. I repeatedly attempted to sign in/reset PW/register agin when it said my email didn’t exist and no luck. Emailed for support and received automated response and nothing since.

Not user friendly

Wouldn’t let me edit cycles, the whole app seems to be over-complicated when it could be very simple.
Had to delete.

Can’t export data

I have tracked my symptoms for over a year and now that a new Dr wants to see my data, the app doesn’t allow me to export it. My Dr reached out to a medical tech colleague who told him the app is known in the industry as being buggy. I reached out to the developer for help and got no response. All this data is useless and now I have to re-do everything on paper. Don’t waste your time while you are are already suffering!

iPhone mini issues

I have the iPhone 13 mini and cannot access some functions. It does not seem usable for the smaller screen. When I try to do a journal entry, the save button is cut off so I cannot submit any journal entries

Good app but calendar / user friendly stuff is bad

…is bad, seriously I cant even go back a day or two without the app going weird and resetting the cycle dates..
Please fix the ease of use when adding in days that have already passed,
thanks
