Outage Map
The new outage map is really bad. Doesn’t show areas. Just a circle near an area with a number. Doesn’t show the approximate area of outages any more and it’s basically useless. Please bring back the old outage map. 128,000 people without power and no way to tell really where.

Not working
Website not working for online payment and app not loading. Waited over 10 min and all you get is the logo. I shouldn’t have to pay at Kroger. It’s 2026 people.
Does not open
Great app if you enjoy staring at the MLGW logo for an indefinite period. It’s unclear if there are any other capabilities.
App updated 5 days ago cannot log in
Can not log in again after gaving app and auto payfor years. Had to go to Kroger and pay an extra dollar for my bill. Still cannot log in to app on I phone to fix anything. Calling mlgw gets ya nothing 😡
Complete Garbage
Unable to login. Keeps saying incorrect password and login when I know good and well it is correct. Even tried resetting the password and kept getting an error message. This app is garbage.
Lapse of Memory
Every time I go to the MLGW application I have to input my data credentials! Why??? You have facial recognition but it never seems to remember my face. Just frustrating! 😡

Face ID is working, overall I like the change. Just need to add Apple Pay!

The app does not open. I cannot even use it as he comments from MLGW stating that they will fix it, but that was months ago half of the year is over and this app is still broken.

Very Useful App
This app usually gives me the information I need about my bill but occasionally I need to call. It also gives info on the status of problems.
No option to change or delete payments.
Great working app, i always pay my bill here and it’s very convenient.
