Downloaded to pay loans more conveniently, app will not let me log in and company only wants you to use the website. This is NOT CONVENIENT in 2026.
Update
Latest update broke the app. No screens will load or show any data.
This company is trash
I called for assistance on several occasions and they put you on a wait for over 3 plus hours then hang up on you. No problem sending bills you can’t pay but also won’t communicate!

Um, of course, my account has been registered before! I’ve been paying my loans since last December. It’s just that the phone app doesn’t work as well as if I were to log in on a computer. That’s a big glitch to fix.
Doesn’t Work for Federal Student Loans
Why did you stop servicing federal student loans?? I used to be able to pay my student loans in this app, but the app now refers me back to the website. That just adds more inconvenience to paying my monthly loans. Thanks a bunch 😕

I’m constantly locked out my account , the payments are always not going through , when I call them to resolve the issue they always redirect me to something I didn’t ask for . If you get a college loan don’t sign with Mohela

Unable to find account
I have my account created and set up in my browser. Been managing my account on there for three months. Got the app and tried to log in - couldn’t find my account. Tried to re register on the app, same thing. Tried the little Login Help button, entered in my last name and tried my SSN and acct number, neither worked. Not sure how something this simple can be done wrong.
