Worst bank account
I’m trying to open new account they keep on showing your account is blocked message . I haven’t done any scam and fraud but still. I contact with customer service which is also very lazy , uncaring and doesn’t solve problems. I do so many email even done complaints but nothing happen . In my opinion , this bank need to be closed down

Can’t even connect ur bank says there issue. Keep getting logged out. Not great

Closed my account for no reason. Although I had it for years and didn’t do anything wrong with it. Support was terrible. Would not recommend to anyone!

Honestly worst banking experience of my life they take transaction fees for absolutely everything this bank will rob u for ur money it is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had honestly avoid avoid avoid save ur pockets the help chat is horrible too their customer service on live chat takes an hour every response they send terrible customer service just a fraudulent app to extract money from ur hard earned income

I opened a monese account in 2020. This was before they became what I now think is the worst bank I have ever chosen to be with. I am waiting for my next payday before closing my account as all monese has done since I’ve been with them is add a charge to whatever they can find. They were really convenient and easy to use in the start - and now you charged for even receiving money. Yes, monese take a £0.99 fee everytime someone sends YOU money. If you would like to send money out, you are charged £1.29 a transaction. Even as someone who who has never had a monese card and frequently uses them… ordering a card costs £4.95. Now if you would like to avoid these charges , you have to avoid the basic pay as you go package and subscribe to their monthly charges to help you avoid SOME of the charges they’ve added. I’ve gotten every friend I’ve referred this bank to, to close their accounts too as it is pure greed and a ridiculous approach. I have watched this bank really become terrible; happy to show receipts to anyone that asks. Do not sign up

Why charge for transactions.
Am closing my account. You get charged 0.99 for any money that comes in and you get charged 1.29 for every transfer. It’s a rubbish service. I wish there is a zero star

This app is charging you for every transaction and it’s ridiculous. £1 for receiving and £1.29 for transferring.

Made an account, gave them a picture of my id and myself then closed my account. Somethings not right with this.
Rubbish app, nothing works
I send money to myself, it goes missing, registers as sent from my bank but magically disappears after. No access to an advance, as I can’t even apply, it just says something went wrong, please try again. Absolutely rubbish app and ran by thieves.

App is good to use, but to pay over seas, fees it’s very high

Despite paying 7.99 a month you still get charged £1 per transfer and £11 to out cash in over counter and £4 for every 200 you withdraw. Maybe small but often it all adds up.
Bank fees are killing me
Money in and money out costs more than using a credit card. Will delete the account

If I transfer money from natwest to monese so on every transaction they take money like what i say totally fake and spam cery disappointed i will report you and will delete my bank from your fake company
