Do not download this application, it charges you for each transfer you make and when you receive money (I have proof) UK bank and apart from that the payments always take more than half an hour to fall to any bank, my recommendation is that they do not use it, only in transfer last month they charged me £30 pounds

LOST MONEY
I wrote to them three weeks ago because they decided to close the savings pockets, but the money in them wasn't transferred to my account. I’ve been waiting for a response for three weeks, and the money is nowhere to be found. Be very careful with this bank.

Keeps popping up with a message “We’re having trouble connecting”. I have tried absolutely everything including contacting the support team and all I get is an automated message from AI over and over and then told that I will be passed to a colleague to not even speak to a human.

I’ve had an account with Monese from day one. I’ve only ever encountered one issue, but that was resolved accordingly. It’s super easy to use, and the monthly fees as low! Great overhaul bank
