Rubbish
Always has an error message when entering the verification code from email. Have un-installed and re-installed and it didn’t fix it.
Also, when service is suspended, we’re meant to call them? Makes no sense. You can’t make any calls if you don’t have service…

Verification code on billing page
The verification code on billing page is not verified even if I copy paste the code from my email. It has been like this for more than two months now. Pls fix asap
Unclear
Simple and no-frills 1990s style interface, which is fine, but the display of remaining data balance is done by calendar month not billing cycle, which is very confusing and you don’t know how much data you have left, even on prepaid. I think modernising the app would be good, but I suppose we’d be paying for that through higher fees, so beggars can’t be choosers.

Not great anymore…
Extremely long waiting times. I’m still with them, but looking at other options.
Telco Pay Pty Ltd
Moose Moblie App does not work on Apple Software Version 15.8.5
Long waiting times
Would be good to be able to do simple things like cancel a subscription in the app. Waited 45mins to do this on the phone.
Won’t open
I cannot access Moose Mobile through this app because it refuses to open on my iPhone…..useless and deleted.
Doesn’t work
Just a blank screen.
Cannot login
With the right information, you credentials do not match even though I recover my email address!
App crashes
It’s been a while that I could use the app. Now it’s just crashing
Delayed Usage Info, Confusing Prorated Billing, and Overpriced Extra Data
I signed up towards the end of last month because I was gonna be without internet for a bit until NBN was ready, and it looked like a good offer.
I was charged the full amount for my first month, but was only allocated a few gigs of data because their plans are prorated for the first month and it was near the end of the month. This is stated in the CIS but I missed it, and didn’t see it mentioned anywhere else.
Extra data is expensive with Moose, so when I ran out (quickly), I immediately turned off the data when I got the 100% usage notification. It showed something like $3 of extra data usage (a few hundred mb) after that, which was acceptable.
So I switched back to my Boost sim for the rest of the month. Never thought I’d find their $13 for 5gb 7-day recharge reasonable, but it is compared to Moose’s $9/gb (or $18 for 3gb if you do a manual recharge in advance).
I waited till the first of this month, since that’s when the plan should reset, but the ‘Month Progress’ bar rolled over to day 32 of 31! I assumed this was a visual glitch and turned on mobile data, and all seemed well; it still showed the $3 or so of extra data usage but no more, and a day later the progress bar was working normally.
Until I received a bill of $10.28 for excess data usage! Why did it not show up under usage information, even on the “32nd” of last month?
They did give me 4.5gb data bank *after* the month ended for some reason, which is weird and a lot less useful than if it was given in the first period.
In theory prorating till the end of the first month would be fine, but if it’s forced, at least let us dip into next month’s data if we have to pay a full month’s usage in advance anyway, or offer a more reasonable extra data option (like letting us pay an extra month, minus the amount we should be in credit, to access a full month’s data).

URGENT IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED
Half the time the “auto log in” function is not working, and account details have to be put in manually. UNACCEPTABLE.
A lot more work is needed to make this app, function, as it should….✅✅✅

Archaic log-in options!
Please add biometric login options like every other app in 2025. Or at the very least a PIN option.
Having to type in full email address and password every time is tedious.
For some reason even the option to click on email address in keyboard doesn’t appear.
Very amateur app for a big company.

Run!!!
Don’t let them lure you in with cheap prices. My monthly bill of $9.80 turned into over $80 for “additional data” charges. It took over an hour to get through to customer service on the phone only to deal with one of the most rude people I’ve ever experienced who then hung up on me. Go elsewhere!!!!! I’m changing back to Circles immediately.

Buggy App
When you need to look at billing or profile they send a code by email. Never get this. Locked out to ever seeing either of these. This needs to be removed or sent by text. Also at times you have to log in again. Not remembering previous logins.
Mid
The app is neat. It’s simple and clear. Shows you exactly what you’d want to know. But…
1. No dark mode
2. Logs you out after an update
3. Does NOT auto fill your password which is pretty annoying!
