NO SIRVE

No se puede abrís la app ni en la web

Can’t login without making changes to phone

Clicking “App Support” lands you on a dead page. I have two pwd mgrs, one for personal one for work. It will not acknowledge the personal one. It will not allow me to copy/paste my login info (I use 30 character passwords as a default), it will not save my face recognition settings and actually action them.

Same crews won’t work on desktop website.

Total dog shi app and service

I’m paying $500/month for these f$&ing losers to have an app that doesn’t work. Yall suck do better

Updates

App is good until it updates then you have to call BCBS to get access to everything again cause it didn’t save anything when it updated

App is always broke

I can never log in. I always get an unknown error or the system is currently unavailable

Did BCBS Go Bankrupt? Out of Business

Has BCBS Gone Bankrupt or Out of Business. The app has not worked for quite some time. Trying to login online say system unavailable. Such a massive organization unable to provide basic access.

Poor developer support

I’m about to delete the app and just use the mobile website.

Their Face ID function has NEVER worked and always throws error messages, yet when I’ve made the 2 attempts to contact support they make you enter in all this information to identify your system and then you hear nothing back. It’s pretty evident they have no idea how to resolve the issue, so their response is apparently to simply ignore it.

Didn’t Let me go 0 Stars

It’s that bad. Worst app I’ve ever used

Service down most of the time

Very poor service

App availability

I have been unable to use the app for well over 6 months. I have the most recent version, I’m using the correct login information and get the error “currently unavailable” this is crazy!

Never works

Every time I try to log in to the app, it says the system is currently unavailable. It’s been like this for at least the last 6 months. But yeah record breaking profits for you guys obviously never leaves CEO pockets. At least make a decent app to steal our money.

Cannot Add ID Card to Wallet

What should be a simple function for an app has not worked for me yet this year. Where’s the fix?

App literally doesn’t work

This app used to work fine but the last few months any time I try to open it it tells me the system is currently unavailable. This hasn’t changed or been fixed with any updates. Guess I’ll delete it

App Not in Service

Haven’t been able to log in for weeks due to app error saying “login currently unavailable please check back later”

Does this app ever work

Does this app ever work? Every time I go to log in it doesn’t work. I get a message that an error occurred

Not functional

App has been unusable for months now, beginning to think users have been left high and dry. Guess I gotta go back to the agony of calling BCBS directly with questions about claims & my coverage.

Help!

The facial app doesn’t work to login

2026 BCBS is not the same, Disgusting excuse for a Health insurance company. Profit over lives.

After six years of coverage with BCBS SC under the EPO Silver Plan, which offered affordable premiums and copays, open enrollment for 2026 revealed significant issues. The same plan I had for many years saw its premium increase dramatically from $70 to $300 per month, despite offering lesser coverage and a less comprehensive formulary. Fortunately, I switched to a different provider, Ambetter by Absolute Total Care SC, which not only offers lower premiums but also includes adult dental and vision coverage—benefits that BCBS SC has never provided to everyday South Carolinians. This switch has been the best medical decision I’ve ever made. However, I have witnessed the devastating impact on my other family members, who had no choice but to remain with BCBS. Their plan's cost soared from $350 annually in 2025 to a staggering $1,300 per month for 2026, for a family of three living within the average American income range. This increase would have consumed approximately 40% of their income. To cope, they were forced to switch to a new HMO plan that offers minimal actual coverage, with $20 copays for generic medications that cost less than fifty cents to produce. Additionally, BCBS jeopardized my sister’s health by refusing to cover a life-saving medication she had taken since childhood—a brand-name drug for her thyroid disease. They refused to reimburse her for this medication, forcing her to pay out of pocket and rely on discount pharmacy programs to access a critical, life-dependent drug. In 2024, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina reported total revenue of over $5.16 billion and a net income exceeding $165.9 million, which starkly highlights their focus on profit over patients. Concurrently, with the federal government refusing to renew ACA Emergency Premium Tax Credits, BCBS SC’s rising prices and plan changes publicly demonstrate a profit-driven approach that prioritizes financial gain over human lives.

Absolute Garbage

Obviously BCBS employees and their family members are writing positive reviews because no actual user of this app could possibly ever write a glowing review.

The app constantly requires me to create a new password because it can’t seem to use the strong password I create and save in my phone more than a couple of times. The login I use on the app doesn’t work on the website. Half the time the app is unavailable.

It’s garbage just like BCBS. Maybe quit overpaying your CEOs and invest in your freaking products. It’s hard enough to navigate this country’s broken healthcare system and pay out the nose for basic services. The very least you could do is offer functional tools.

App is now useless

I haven’t been able to use the app in at least a couple months now. I continue to get an error message that says the system is unavailable every time I attempt to log in. I used to use it pretty regularly so this is super frustrating.
