Perfect

I have booked an dentist appointment easily thanks.

Lousy Service

My credit card was cancelled due to it being hacked so my automatic payment didn’t go through. I tried to organise for it to be paid via my bank account and was told that it had gone through by the person I was talking to. I then discovered after receiving another text message that it hadn’t so I had to go online and do it again. I’m travelling at the moment so it has created some stress that I didn’t need.

App so easy to use and benefits clear. Always have certainty which is so important

WARNING

UPDATE: Despite sending numerous emails, you have been stalling me between departments and have still not deposited the money that should have been unjustly withdrawn from my account. I can no longer log in to my account because my membership has expired, but I have sent emails through the ongoing email channels. STOP WASTING MY TIME AND REFUND THE MONEY YOU WITHDREW FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER I LEAVE THE COUNTRY.

After I left Australia, they withdrew money from my account after my visa expired and they are not refunding it. I have contacted them numerous times via email and live chat, but they all stall and refuse to return the money they unjustly took. I wouldn't recommend working with them.!!!! MY VISA EXPIRY DATE IS CLEAR SO YOU CAN NOT MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!

Find very good with claims

Great service

I’m finding My Medibank very useful for finding information that I lose or forget. A very convenient app.

Over charges, not good customer support

when I took insurance, the premium it was $196 without informing the they started charging 226 per fortnight. Not good enough. I had BUPA before but Medibank not really happy. I sent emails never got response, tried to call customer service no response and call going to automated system.

Great service

Courtney helped me to log in the app and make my claim. She was really patient and made me feel much better after medical appointments.

Medibank is great

Try to get points by following the amount I drink and sleep

Ridiculous app

It now takes TEN touches of the screen to get into the app. There is NOTHING else I have ever used that is this ridiculous. It often doesn’t log your Live Better challenges. It is by far the most frustrating app I have ever been forced to endure.

Very bad n expensive

Making a claim

I’ve been putting off making the claim as I was unsure how to do make the claim as in the past I went into an office. However, I decided that I should attempt making the claim on line and it was much easier to do than I thought.

Bad service

Bad service this member ship is for two and I cannot find my husbands in which you say I need permission. Do you ask his permission for payment NO

Ease of use

Easy to navigate and straight forward tabs.

Still No Multi Factor Authentication?!

Medibank only ask you for username and password, to log into the app and view your policy.

It only sends you out a temp code when you are actually trying to alter your contact information.

Does not offer the ability to turn on this feature, only Face ID (which a hacker could bypass by typing in your username and password).
