I love that my dogs fence can be so big and him be safe. We have a farm and he is aloud to spread out, run and play.

Yay $400 hardware with a subscription and awful software
Title says it all… Just what the world needs another piece of junk $400 hardware that doesn’t work without a ridiculous subscription tied to it. Hope Halo puts this junk company out of business.

This collar has been the best purchase we’ve ever made for our dog. He was almost 6 when we got it and it was so easy to train him. Only took a week. Now that it’s been a few months he still respects the boundary even without the collar on. It’s so nice too because we can reprogram it easily to other places we visit and not have to worry about him. We live in the country with lots of animals. He’s part Rhodesian and needs to protect our property against wildlife. Even with the high pray drive and chasing the animals, once he hears that beep he stops in his tracks. I cannot speak high enough about this product and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Update required just to continue using the app
Probably shouldn’t need to update when I need to turn the feeder on while I am 300 miles away from the pets. Edit: now an email is required to be stored on the server to use the app. What the hell do you need my email for? I don’t want you to contact me. Why is the account that I set up no longer good enough?
As of August 21 The app now requires that my email be saved on their servers and that they can contact me for whatever they want.

Incredible longevity and dependability
I’ve had this cat feeder and used it 24/7 for the past 7 years. It’s required no maintenance and has been incredibly dependable. Highly recommend! Money well spent

Collars will seem to be working at first, then they’ll be showing an error on the fence, then if you try to correct that you end up having to wipe them out and restart all over again, which they don’t seem to want to do very easily. Not impressed

We love the smart door, we don’t use it with the tags and haven’t tried it but the app works good and both our big and little are able to use it.
Terrible waist of time setting this up. I dont have time for this. Wanting wifi password and email.
What was wrong with the way previous models worked. Press the button and litter box reset itself. Why another app on my phone? I just said forget it when it couldnt find my router. App deleated. I’ll keep track myself. Smh
false advertising
saw the cat gps collars on sale and bought 2 for my cats. scanned the box before i bought them and the website said the subscription plan was 5.99 a month, 49.99 a year and 74.99 for 2 years. downloaded the app made an account went to start my subscription and the price was more than double what the website had said. talked to support with screenshots of the prices on their own website and they said there was nothing they could do. pretty scummy to list a certain price but when i go to checkout it’s more than double.

Pet safe Smart Feeder
We’ve had ours for about 3 years and it’s not once had any issue. Works amazing and such a convenience!

I love my PetSafe auto feeder, and so does my cat! I can add or delete feedings from anywhere (as long as my home wifi is working) so he always gets fed the correct amount at the right time. The unit locks through my phone app so he can’t push the magic button on top to drop extra food. I forgot to lock it once and he had three extra meals before I realized it. LOL At feeding time it makes a sound that he can hear from anywhere in the house, and he goes running for his meal. I only use it when I’m not home at feeding time, but it could be used for all meals. I highly recommend!

Sometimes when I do an extra feed, it will double feed the cats. Other than that, I love it!

I was having horrible issues over the weekend and I spoke to two representatives on Monday who were able to remote into my device. They very helpful and I am very appreciative

We live along a rural highway…. Got a rescue, four month old GS. We started using the Pet safe fence at 6 months…
She learned quickly where her boundaries are, almost 4 acres .
We charge the collar nightly and recollar her in the morning.
She has never pushed the boundaries even while pursuing a wild bunny..
We are very comfortable with her maintaining distance to the road..

Wish for price could atleast have a find me option on maps collar falls off had to put reflective tape on it maybe other than black would be a good option
