Same problems as old app
This app keeps logging me out despite setting up Face ID and a PIN code! The option of submitting meals & entertainment over 1 pay is not an option making claims across the entire year absolutely pointless as a tax deduction each pay. How is $1 something helpful when you get slogged a high rate of tax. The information on the app is not easily understood or visible particularly for coming pays.

Badly designed login system
Every time I exit and re-enter the app, it logs me out and asks me to re-enter my username, password and re-chose a 4-digit pin. It’s exhausting and discouraging to claim anything…
Novated App
Great to see a company investing in tech for us customers. I’ve not had any issues with the app so far. It’s easy and simple to use to claim reimbursements and check my balances not much more I can ask for.

New app problems
I’ve not yet been able to access the app as it just keeps loading and loading and after 30 minutes , I just give up trying. Can’t submit meal entertainment receipts to reap my benefits.
Very glitchy and slow
The previous mysalpack app was slow but nowhere as glitchy as this one. There are days where the app just doesn’t open . Very poor
Unable to open
As soon as download you can open the app. Once the app is downloaded you can’t use the app anymore so you need to delete the app and reinstall. Waste of time.
Does not open/work. Wheel of death
Supposed to be an improved experience. SalarypackagingPLUS have changed their app/name so many times you’d think they’re hiding something. At least function well.
Absolute garbage
Utterly annoying, awful design and unintuitive. Somehow made an even worse POS than the last app. Feels free gross to even give it 1 star.
Opening the app
I installed the app but can’t open it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn’t seem to work
