Cant sign in
I cant sign in, every-time I enter my password and code I am brought back to the login page. This has been this way for months.

Terrible app. Doesn’t have any of the purported functionality. Crashes. And customer service seems to think it is more useful than it actually is.

How is it that TELUS can change my monthly rate for my service without prior notification? Unacceptable!!!! Maybe I will cancel the service…..explain why I shouldn’t cancel!! Loyal customer!

Why do I need 5 apps
TELUS apps are getting ridiculous, I already have 4 and now they’re saying o need to download another. Pretty sad that a technology company can’t get all the info into one app

MyTELUS App Is Completely Unusable After Update
⭐ 0 stars. Ever since the MyTELUS app was updated, it’s become unusable. It constantly asks me to verify my login, repeatedly sending codes to my email, then cycles back again. It doesn’t connect to or show my account. I can only access my account through a web browser.

Unable to log in
I have a residential account that I used My Telus. I added mobility, then cancelled a couple of years later, now when I try to access thru My Telus it says no linked accounts. Tried using customer support but he wasn’t very helpful. His superior told him that I needed a mobility number to make it work….such bs
