This is a brilliant app, it makes getting around a lot easier. I wish I had it years ago.

Not allowing to add Visa as payment with US phone number
As a tourist I am surprised My Bluebird app as of 2026 is still having issues adding Visa ( or MC) associated with US phone number. Secondly there is no ‘Help’ anywhere in the menu. Bluebird is losing potential revenues from visitors.
Poor app for payment
App not allowing new payment to be added even to update expired card. Bank said it is app problem. Multiple card not working

Best way to get a taxi while in Bali, you even have a choice for a fixed price so you know how much before you even get in the taxi…

Twice I booked a ride with more than 24hr notice and was not notified until 1.5hrs or as waiting for pickup that the company does not go to these areas - should be automatic in the app or more notice so as not to leave people panicked
They might leave you stranded!
Be careful where you book from / to. The night before I scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 6am from Kuta to Lombok Airport. Order confirmed. Everything sorted I thought. Not so!
A few hours later, given I’d never used the app before, I asked customer service what guarantees the taxi would arrive. They replied with “our taxis can’t go anywhere in Kuta”. So I was never going to be picked up!
My issue isn’t to do with where cabs can go, it’s that the app never told me this! The only reason I found out in time was because of an abundance of caution. I would’ve missed my flight had I trusted this. As a tourist I can’t be expected to know.
Most hailing apps have a red zone on the map to indicate no-go zones. Throughout the whole booking process this said nothing about Kuta being off-limits. When I challenged customer service they just ignored me. Be careful!

[EDIT : FIXED] Stuck after opening app due to unable to close banner/notification
[EDIT : FIXED after delete & reinstall the app. Bluebird app works fine now thanks]. Can you please fix the app. I can open the app pn my iphone but there was a banner (QRIS related) which prevented me to use the app, as i cannot close the banner (no visible button/icon that i can press to close it)

Trouble creating order on rainy day
I have no problem with bluebird’s driver or service. BUT when it comes to rainy day, the app did not work as expected. It takes so long to create an order and most of the times it failed. I try to contact the CS but no response. It is so disappointing that I have to spend almost 40 min and prob. be late to work. I know you are the leads in indonesia taxi market but please give more attention to your customer.

Not user-friendly when you speak English! You can’t chat with drivers because it’s in Indonesian. 🙄🤪😭

I’ve been using silverbirds and it’s excelllent. The app need live activity update and iOS shortcuts integration. Other than that it’s fine.

Kesalahan dalam reservasi RENT
Tadi malam saya membuat reservasi untuk RENT dari Bandara Juanda Surabaya untuk pagi ini. App sudah menrik dana dari rekening BCA saya sampai 2 kali, tapi saya tidak mendaptkn konfirmasi sama sekali untuk booking nya.

Won’t accept wise
When security is paramount an app in a foreign country needs to accept all payment methods. I’m not putting in my credit card details into an app I’ll use maybe twice during my stay. You need to fix the ‘wise’ issue not being accepted.
Card suddenly not used
From one ride to the next I receive a message that my CC is being used for another order (although it’s not) and unable to use the app or order a bluebird car.
Tried to reset the app couldn’t do it as my email is already used. Very frustrating

Great for getting around booking cars when in Bali. Nice clean cars and great drivers.
Brilliant service
Used the service many times while in Bali for 2 weeks never let us down, excellent service, drivers professional & vehicles clean! Prices quoted were reasonable, we tended to select the fixed price & always used cash.
