Worst health Insurance Platform
Password resets every 3 months which I understand for security reasons but then it is impossible to receive the password reset link in your email. This leaves you stuck and can’t access your app anymore. And yes, I looked in junk folder, spam, other, permitted emails to be received from the noreply email. This app is garbage.

Can’t see any details of claims or coverage. Can’t find a provider. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

This app STILL does not work. How tf can I access my EOB if the mobile site says use the app. I hate it.
This app only worked for me in the beginning of Jan 2024. It currently has not worked for months. I also cannot log onto the mobile website as it states I must use the app. Useless.

Does not function
App doesn't work. Please fix whatever bug is preventing signing up/signing in and I'd be happy to change the rating.

Unusable
I attempted to use the app and was unable to do so. The bottom menu even blocks my ability to find a healthcare provider.
The Worst
This insurance is the worst insurance I ever had. If you can avoid at all cost. I will be looking into other insurance as soon as open enrollment starts at my job

The reason I downloaded the app was in order to view my cards which never load.

Just got in app and was asked for review twice. At this point the app has been very slow laggy and not loading any info

Unable to see EOB, clicking on view does not work.

Terrible waste of time
Application always ends up failing and will not load the page to search for helpful information. When asking about benefits it downloads a very non specific type of document. When searching for physicians it maybe works one out of 20 times you use it. The only thing it’s good for is a digital copy of your insurance card.

The find care option does not work.

Constantly not working. Needing to uninstall and reinstall to work.

This app is trash. Zero information accessible. Half of the features do nothing.
Tech Diaster
The app is not user friendly. I had to call for assistance to chance my password as it was just disabled without giving me an option/link to change it. I cannot scroll through my claims as the app doesn’t support the amount of data. No good!
Ok but has a few quirks
I find it difficult to access claims forms, you have to download them and view them on your device. Navigation and scrolling is quirky at times, browsing claims for example, there are two scrollable areas. Doesn’t seem to be made for a mobile device.
