It constantly expires Face ID. It won’t send a link for neither portal email login option nor forgot password. Useless!
A Hot Mess Full of Spyware
This app is so bad I’m actively advocating for my practice to discontinue using it. The privacy is abysmal (linking audio recordings to your AppleID in an app that does telehealth???) and the app itself is awful. The app can’t function in landscape mode, so good luck having a telepath session on a regular iPad. The app times out very quickly even when you’re waiting for a provider to start a session. The payment system is clunky and difficult to use. I hate this app.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!
I've had nothing but troubles with this app. The login process is one of the worst I've ever seen. after about an hour I finally got account setup, but the very next time I tried to login it says "forbidden" WTF! I tried doing the login by link and that immediately says the link is expired. I tried logging in through the web but it only supports Chrome????? Tried going through support but you have to login to contact support. I CAN'T!!!! This is an app designed to cause mental health issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible app
The link is never sent to activate the account. Doesn’t provide error message. The only message you get is check your spam folder. This is a badly made software with nothing but frustration and inconsistency for users.

Forced permissions
I could not access my appointment because I had to give a permission that didn’t exist. I usually just turn my camera and mic on. Now it’s asking for permission with a pop up that blocks me being able to turn them on. So dumb.
Need for IPad
It’s a great app. We hope that it gets support for tablets/ipad version as well.

I started working with the Path Center in December of 2025. I have made so much progress. We worked on my life plan based on my values. Lisa held me accountable. I had to hold Lisa accountable. I had a brief fill-in with Cassie, Cassie was able to dig in and find a hidden source which I wanted to release. Now back with Lisa to work on the next six months. A life changing experience may it continue. Last note for several years I was looking for therapy the Path Center was able to bring me in, my search had to do with my doctor’s office and my insurance and being able to navigate the system.

THE WORST
This is the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use. Won’t show the forms I need before my appointment. I can click 20 times and it will load and then 100 more times and it won’t pull them back up. This is garbage. You should be ashamed

My mom had called earlier today and set up an appointment with one of the doctors for my episodes so when I came home I called and she walked me through downloading the app, setting up my new account email, and now I am all set for my appointment on the 18th @ 9:30am thank you!
Bad platform
Platform is not that easy to use and functions are hit or miss. It requires having to interface between the app and email which to me is an unnecessary complicating step.
