Loss of Coverage on eSIM
It is very frustrating to be using MPESA and be in a position where that because I am not using my communication line then someone decides it needs to disappear from my end! Can’t anyone see that I am actively using other components on my SIM! I hate to be outside the country and not have access to using my Safaricom line to receive texts from Kenya!!!!

Is there a way to stop the promo texts and requests to register SIM card even after it is done. This is very annoying and unprofessional. Please stop.
