App is great but logs out far too frequently
The app works well. But it logs out far too often forcing the user to login several times over the span of just a few days.
Top tier Solar
If someone says Top Tier Solar, get away from them, run as fast as you can get away. You can’t get ahold of them if anything goes wrong. They won’t answer the phone and they won’t return your call. If I can’t get someone to fix, I’m out about $45000 with way to get it fixed, At this point it’s all junk. No one will help you.

Unable to easily make changes
The app gives basic information but you can’t change your WiFi and when you go to support they say they don’t offer support in the United States. It works fine until you need to change something.
Was a great App , now just ok.
The having to constantly put in a user name password is annoying. The app should recognize my device. But after every 5-10 sessions you have to log back in with all your credentials. It was not that way until a few

Feedback on app
The data available on this app is very weak versus what I see for the Enphase app. Am I missing something? Where is consumption data, input from grid, export to grid, live data tracking of such data, panel array diagram with performance by panel, assessment of functioning of panels etc.
TERRIBLE app
I’ve been told I have to use this app for my solar system and it is so incredibly lame. It doesn’t tell you how much money you’re saving, I can’t choose my energy provider and energy rate. Other neighbors have different apps and they are so much more informative. This thing is absolute garbage. My system also stopped producing energy for three months and I didn’t know it because the app didn’t tell me and I wasn’t logging to check it every day because… Why would I on such a stupid app?

What Happened?
This app used to be excellent, but lately it hasn’t been providing me the data I need in order to help me monitor my solar production and usage. The app keeps saying not connected to the system and I am not sure why it isn’t connecting. The information has always been very helpful in the past, so I know what my system is producing on a daily basis. Since I had my new inverter installed, I’ve had nothing but problems. Hopefully the connection issue will be corrected soon.

Not good
I have had it for 8+ years. There’s no manual for it that I can find.
It updates data painfully slowly the home screen will show different data for the battery to the battery page, at times significantly different. Editing your own details is not fully possible and asking SolarEdge on phone twice has failed to update my details.

Watch App Removed
Love the app on my phone but recently they removed it off my watch.
unable to login in app anymore
tried using this app on iPhone. getting 'Invalid CSRF token' error. I am able to login using a web browser. that has its issues. The UI changed, and not able to view energy generation by custom billing cycle any more. why so many app developers make change and break a perfectly functioning app I don't and the repeating view and confirming privacy policy update popup over and over again. sigh,

Never Again
Ripoff system and company
Used to work. No more.
For the first few years of monitoring, our rooftop solar system, this app was handy and very interesting to use. This year it just stopped working and has been impossible to fix. There’s something wrong with the software that needs to be addressed by their engineers.

The reset password function is broken. It says it has emailed a reset code to your account email but the email never arrives.

Decent when it works
App does not and never has shown my panels. Never get notified when the inverter stops communicating. Techs come out and can not understand why my app does not show thing that I should see. The only time the app is decent is when it works properly. I need to be notified when it stops communication and I need to know when my panels may have an issue. Also trying to remote fix a blown circuit breaker will never work.

EV car charger issue
The EV car charger via the solaredge inverter is showing as always charging in the app and cannot stop.

Awful instructions
Chatbot is terrible and the company doesn't seem to understand that countries outside of the USA aren't a myth and do actually exist. The instructions are so far from incorrect they are laughable. It basically says "of this doesn't work, soz we don't know what to do. Lata bo"
