Awful UI
This app is plain awful. If you have any vision correction, it’s painful navigating the interface. It’s like viewing a website on a mobile device, with no mobile viewing option. I’ve only used it today for messaging, so I can’t critique the functionality fairly, but I have little hope for it being user friendly at all.

Poor video calls
The quality of the product you provide is horrible. It’s upsetting that this is the only choice available to video visit with loved ones. Constantly the connection will be dropped then the person must try and log back on and while this is happening I’m charged for visits that I don’t get full time for. Please address this issue and resolve this matter. I know it’s jail but if you’re going to provide a service make it a good one. Thank you for your time I hope these issues get resolved.

Needs notifications
Good app for the basics. But I would like to get notifications, like any other app, when I get a message or if my funds go low. Immediate communication is critical when a loved one is trying to contact me.

love that this gives you the option to be able to communicate but by the worst app they could choose… most the time it never works, u cant login, its just stressful and aggravating
App is trash
This app is a great idea and very resourceful when it actually works. I’ve had problems to where I couldn’t log in, the app would just log me out or my offenders messages weren’t coming through until the next day.

This app and its abilities have changed my whole outlook, like by giving me a whole set of eyes and ears to be able to view and speak with my loved one even in the stressful times I pray that the people of NCIC sleep well at night, knowing that they have made a world of difference in all veterans with very little hope before I knew what possibilities were available to communicate with my loved one kudos

Awful User Interface
Although I’m grateful for having the option of digital communication with my family member, I feel I could have driven out for a personal visit in less time the it’s taken to get this app to work. It is so buggy! I sent one photo, then the buttons were inactive. I thought maybe there was an inmate limit or I had to wait for review of the first to go through. Nope. It’s the app. Known bug with the iOS version. You either have to delete and reinstall each time or grant full access to all your photos in advance. Yeah, not gonna do that. Such a simple fix on their end. I can’t even begin to list all of the other glitchy issues with this app. I refuse to spend any more time than I have to with it.

Connectivity with video
The connectivity is poor and in and out of service, we pay good money to see our loved ones and to hear them talk and we have connectivity issues. Thank you for having the system in place but it don’t work and it needs updating so we can see our loved ones when they incarcerated. Thank you

Grateful to talk to boyfriend but not impressed with operating system and now it’s not working!
Originally had 2 stars but changed to 1 because it’s not working at all. The app literally crashed and won’t work. Ugh. Other than that the system flags your pictures and messages for things that aren’t even inappropriate content. It’s very strange the things they flag. Plus you can’t even hear them on video.x it’s all messed up.
