Can’t login after update
I logged on the webpage version, and can’t log onto the mobile version ever since.

Temporarily unavailable for 2 days
When I log in after the 2FA request it has started showing me a green bar without any lettering. When I click on that I get a screen saying it is temporarily unavailable. But this has been happening for 2 days so I think it’s some new bug.
Works for me
Had this at my old job and I miss it dearly. Now, I use Principal and it’s not nearly as user friendly or as pretty to be honest. NetBenefits does everything I need it to and the only thing better than this app is the desktop version.

App won’t load past the sign in. Gives a message about an error to try again later but won’t every work

Not opening
Super cool. Just signed up because my company put Fidelity in control of my 401k and I can’t open the app. Just “signs me in” and gives me a black screen with a blank green bar. Neat
Bring back the last version!

Great until they quit supporting your phone
Never had any problems with it until they quit supporting the app on older phones. I don’t have any issues whatsoever with my phone and absolutely hate getting a new phone. There is no reason it cannot be ran on ios lower than 17. My phone doesn’t even go that high. Just ridiculous on fidelity’s part. Let’s help teach the people about financial literacy except when it comes to this. Just asinine.

Blind Mice
For the past 2 weeks the app logins to a blank screen. It will not let me see anything from my account.
Need to fix the bug
The app is not letting me see any options for a withdrawal. The page loads up and sends me an error message.

I’m convinced every time I log into this app I am being punked because this app is one of the worst accounts I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Nothing works correctly, you need to constantly be logging in and out of the app and being brought to a website browser in the app which makes things infinitely more confusing. There is no online help bot. Every day is this apps first day dealing with the general public.
