I’m convinced every time I log into this app I am being punked because this app is one of the worst accounts I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Nothing works correctly, you need to constantly be logging in and out of the app and being brought to a website browser in the app which makes things infinitely more confusing. There is no online help bot. Every day is this apps first day dealing with the general public.

Not working
Not sure why the app won’t let me make me it past to the withdrawal screen. It’s showing an error. Has been since the update yesterday.
Bug in last update?
After latest update it fails to access my account.
Not helpful
This app is not user-friendly. It gives you hardly any information and the information it does give you is not clear, especially as it pertains to an HSA account. I had to call in to find out that my funds were on hold. There was literally nothing on the app that said that it looked like I had thousands of dollars to spend on my medical and my card was being declined and I had to call to find that out. I appreciated my old health equity app so much more.

Feature poor
This app is extremely lacking in features. Most options in the app just end up opening a web browser, which is lazy development. The chat feature doesn’t even have the dignity to use an LLM to ignore your questions and prevent you from talking to a person.

Can’t find my employer
Start typing my employer name into the autocomplete field to register for new user. NEVER finds the employer name. Never times out. Nothing.

Basic functionality present. Requires update to keep UI experience in line with Fidelity brokerage app.
