Solid

Does what I need it to do and does it well!

Easy to navigate

Easy to navigate, love how it breaks things down for me.

Great App

This is an excellent company and their app is very easy to use to do everything. I want even easier than going to the website on my computer.

Easy to use

I have never seen an easier to use 401 app. I have had others in the past and needed to call for assistance.

Requires Update

Basic functionality present. Requires update to keep UI experience in line with Fidelity brokerage app.

Stop the insanity

Please stop the unnecessary updates everytime you turn around.

I can navigate. so can you

I am not smart at all when it comes to investing or 401k. Thankfully Fidelity does. Very helpful as well.

Great app

Easy to use

Love it

So easy and nice

Still broke . Not displaying anything in the account

Still broke after 2 updates b2b.

Great app

Great app

Fidelity

I love this app so user friendly.

Ease of use

I enjoy the simplicity of the app and easy navigation while also being informative. The small updates on the app is motivating.

Great APP!

This app is amazing it’s very user friendly and it’s quite helpful in a few different ways definitely recommend!

Permanent Promotions

The app sends you promotions that take up screen space but there’s no way to decline them. It’s like being forced to see the ad over and over every time you open the app. It’s incredibly frustrating.. I wish it was a way to get rid of them.

Not user friendly

Beyond the summary in the main page, it is hard to find what you need. Especially the messages and follow ups from your claims

Should be better

Too many functions require opening a browser window and long waits. And why is it still separate from the main fidelity app?. It’s 2026, this should be easy by now.

401k holder

Super easy to do everything that you need buy, sell, trade, take loans, upload documents you name it and it can do it 2 thumbs up

Terrible Mobile UX

This app is impossible to use on a mobile app. I feel like I went back 20 years before web pages were responsive, except this is worse because it’s an actual *mobile app*. Try making a transaction or looking at your holdings for example. Nothing fits on the screen, looks like it was designed for a full size monitor.

Retire your way

Great little app to show lots of capabilities of the Fidelity retirement programs
