Buggy
Continually run into issues. If you have two plans because you worked at employers who both used fidelity (not a unique edge case) you will not be able to use this app. It will fail to login. The app will show you an incomplete white screen with a green bar that does nothing and then a weird failed to login right now page after that. Not the level of robustness you want from a company managing $50 let alone $50k or more.

Terrible experience
App had not worked in over a month. There’s no urgency from the company to fix it. Absolutely terrible when I HAVE to go through this app to move my money.

NetBenefits is by far the easiest app to navigate and user friendly for us “not so technically advanced folks”.
App unable to open
So I open the app, a screen shows up and said “ New version available. We are no longer supporting this version of our app. Please download the most recent version.” There’s a button with the link that takes you to the App Store. Once in the App Store, it is showing the Open button instead of the Update button. Right now I have no way to access the account via the mobile phone . A piece of junk.

Would be great! If I could upload the documents I need to send. Can’t use one of the most basic functions of the app.

Temporarily unavailable for 2 days
When I log in after the 2FA request it has started showing me a green bar without any lettering. When I click on that I get a screen saying it is temporarily unavailable. But this has been happening for 2 days so I think it’s some new bug.
Works for me
Had this at my old job and I miss it dearly. Now, I use Principal and it’s not nearly as user friendly or as pretty to be honest. NetBenefits does everything I need it to and the only thing better than this app is the desktop version.
Won’t load
App won’t load past the sign in. Gives a message about an error to try again later but won’t every work

Not opening
Super cool. Just signed up because my company put Fidelity in control of my 401k and I can’t open the app. Just “signs me in” and gives me a black screen with a blank green bar. Neat
Bring back the last version!
