Don’t Trust this App!
I wish there was a way to rate this app at zero stars because that’s what it deserves. The UI is terrible. App said for days my tour is at noon. However, I get a call from my room phone after I checked in once I woke up that you’re going to be left in 4 minutes unless you get down here. Will never book anything from them again and hopefully I will save some people some stress and confusion by reading this.

I’ve never left a review for anything before but I feel compelled to write one here. Do not use this company and do not use this app.
This app is without a doubt the least functional application that has ever been developed. The entire app is useless for anything other than attempting to chat with a real person after you get past the dumb bot that will tell you that you’ve provided the wrong confirmation number.
However, actually typing is impossible because you can’t see what you’re sending and you can’t copy and paste. And that’s the MOST useful function.
How this application made it to publishing is beyond me. Truly, take it down for general societal good.

Doesn’t work
USLESS and doesn’t even make sense. It’s scaring me cause I’m already booked with them though my travel package
The worst ever
Apparently you had to book transportation transfer directly because if you book via third party through your airline they can’t see it in their system. Which is insane to me because nexus should coordinator with outside vendors if their service being advertised. The Whats app customer service is the worst! If you do not have international calling then you can’t reach a live person. It’s frustrating as hell. I will never book through them again

I dare the CEO to use this app
Horrible UI, no communication on the backend between the website and app, confusion between “products” where the website was half the price for the same transport. Chat hides what you’re typing because of the keyboard overlay. So I guess just print every single document and absolutely avoid this atrocious app?

Extortion DO NOT TRUST nexus tours
The tour guide literally made us spend the same amount of the tour being 250$ USD SO 500$ USD in total and their customer service dont even answer their chat im outside of my country with half of my trip to go and 0$ cash

Horrible experience with this company. They booked me for the wrong day & couldn’t even get to do my atv tour in st Lucia. Would advise to stay away from this company and the customer service never gets back with me

Worst app
Terrible app. It doesn’t even work most of the time. We were on a trip in Mexico and were suppose to have a “virtual” meeting to determine what time we were being picked up. The meeting disappeared. I would never use my credit card on the app.

App doesn’t work!! It wouldn’t let me even register! Was only able to get my vacation package prepaid transfers by calling and talking to an agent.

Like other reviews stated, when you try to check in for a transfer it takes you back to the App Store.
Scam
I booked an excursion and didn’t receive anything no ride no excursion and no explanation. Nexus is a scam do not use this app
Ridiculous
They cancelled my reservation for some reason. Never let me know. Never issued a refund. And that’s after wasting an hour trying to figure out how to navigate the app process.

The app does not work. You go around in circles! Frustrating to say the least.
Horrible App
I am so frustrated with this app - I just cannot get it to work. WestJet is making us use it for our private airport transfers or else I would delete it and forget about it!!! As it is, we are unable to schedule our transfer using the app, so we’re just going to show up at the airport and hopefully find somebody from Nexus Tours who can help us!

Don’t Book Through Nexus
For what it is, the app works more or less fine. The only thing I have trouble with is that when I click details it just opens s browser to their homepage.
What I do have a big problem with is the dumpster fire that is Nexus Tours. They canceled my tour after I had been waiting at the pickup spot for over 15 minutes past meeting time.
On Antigua they booked me for the wrong days, and I nearly was not able to participate.
I told myself I wouldn’t book through them another time, but here I am making a fool out of myself, again. Thanks for causing me to miss what I was looking forward to most on my whole trip!

Horrible App
Trying to check in for a transfer I already paid for. Searched my booking number as instructed. No search results found . Contacted the company via chat. They can find the booking but it can’t be found via the app so can’t download the QR code. They said 48 hours for IT to look into it. Not helpful since I have to check in 24 hours or less before my arrival. Very frustrating and a waste of time.
