NIPSCO has a monopoly on the electricity in Northwest Indiana. But I thought this was a capital Society I have no choice but to use them for my electricity. When I first moved to Northwest INDIANA I was on a budget plan and my bill was 142 a month currently it is 360 per month but I haven’t changed my lifestyle or usage. The power was out for nearly a week, but my bill remains the same.

Lousy app, lousy company. Do better.
I know it’s been rough everyday thank you for showing up and trying everyday we appreciate your hard work . Be safe linemen
They have let this infrastructure rot all the while pocketing billions. Now their entire client base has no power and they’re bringing in scabs to take care of it. Somehow they’ll find out how they can charge is for something we have been paying for all along which is maintaining the infrastructure.

No plan for power outage. Doesn’t communicate no updates or plan to recover. Delivery charges are going to be billed for power NOT being delivered. Wish we had I & M.
App takes right to the billing page first thing. Can’t report an outage. Also app says I have power when I haven’t had it for almost 24 hours
3 outages in one year. One lasted 25 hours. Half of the contents in the refrigerator had to be thrown out.
This has been of little help. Previous versions were much better.
Doesn’t safe login info so you have to log in every time.
I have to hunt all over for your invoice because you can’t be trusted or relied upon to deliver it by mail or even by email anymore. We pay a premium for your product, can we get a little service with that?? Ridiculous
Could you be any less transparent about the timeline on restoring power?!
Nipsco has been robbing the communities that they serve. These prices need to go down so people can stay within their homes and not be forced to move out of the area ! This is ridiculous
Your online portal is absolutely horrible. Only one person can pay the account or reject the payment. We probably four different times now and all we get is a return check notice.
The fact that these crooks have a 4.8 rating is comical. One of the scummiest, filthiest and most money hungry companies on the face of this planet
Rates are ever rising, constantly asking to use green energy for more costs but literally no pay off other than paying them more money, submit rebate to them after I receive all the information from the installers and NIPSCO denies it because it’s out of their 60 day period.
This company sucks
Sell off 20% to Blackstone, immediately lobby indiana to raise delivery charges several times money flows from main street to Wall Street. I’ve been keeping the house at 63 degrees and still getting the highest bills I’ve ever seen. Natural gas is the same price it was 20 years ago! You all are crooks. Spend your own profits on infrastructure and you dumb green projects.

The app is amazing, but the service itself is very poor and manipulative.
Not sure why the rates have jumped so high.
Energy bills have become outrages. Don’t know what happened in the last year but this so called bill should be 30 bucks more , is BS. You’ve added fees on top of that. I will be at the protest February 1st. Hope others will join us.
