A security app turned into a marketing tool
The app constantly pushes pop-ups and push notifications promoting their internal services (cleaning, painting, financial products, etc.). As a resident, I need this app to know if a delivery driver or guest is at the gate. Because of that, I can't mute the app at the system level.
NoBrokerHood needs to understand that a society management app should prioritize utility and security over aggressive cross-selling. The UI feels cluttered with advertisements, and it completely ruins what could be a good platform. Fix the notification settings to let users opt out of marketing clutter.
