Can’t cancel
I have been trying to cancel but this app does not make it easy. I have tried to contact a coach but has not gotten back to me. I cancelled the program on my app and also sent an email. Let’s hope this works !!!
Can’t Access
Unable to access app. Have reset password several times to no avail. Even tried the sign in link option-didn’t work either. Would cancel and delete if I was able.
Good concept
I like the idea of this but the videos are glitchy and backwards. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it work. The person who called me re: the Protocol review was pushy. I didn’t want the supplements. It seemed that was the entire premise of the call.
I had high hopes this would help with my ankle swelling. It might if I can stick with it through the frustration.

Don’t use this company
I’m getting charged monthly even though I cancelled this subscription!! I called to ask for a refund for charges and they said I have to complete the program to get the refund.
