absolutely awful. I assume the 5 star ratings are all landlords who are thrilled that they can spend even less time doing their jobs because the AI just closes and merges tickets. It also mislabels tickets and provides inaccurate summaries. And guess what? If you mention that something is not up to code then the AI just deletes that part. We wouldn’t want an electronic trail of tenants knowing their rights and expressing them, would we? No, we are here to serve our slumlord overlords like good little bootlickers.

When using this app, it is so easy to pay rent, and it is very fast. It’s great if I ever need to reach out to our maintenance team to submit a maintenance request, or check anything within our rental agreement!

Closing pdf documents
There is no close or back button when you want to go to previous screen after opening pdf document. Every time you have to close the app and re open. Please fix this. Amazing something so basic is broken. Very annoying!
Great Option
I use this app to pay my rent and there’s an option for maintenance request. I did pay with a credit card once without realizing it and was charged 60.00 extra…. Never Again!

I have tried everything to log in. Downloading multiple browsers, setting them to default, redirecting- but because they block safari despite it being the one natively enabled ON THE APP because my device is IOS, it won’t allow me to use the app. Terrible, not made for iPhones at all. Might as well not even be on the apple app store. BROKEN PLEASE FIX!

Portal Access Difficulty
Forget it trying to place a request for something that is broken within the 10 days of move in. You have to pay you utility bill ahead of time which for us was the water bill before moving in to be able to even access the portal. To place a maintenance request.

why will the app not allow me in suddenly go in and to pay my rent when it is due by today last day or relate fees? !!
Won’t let me sign on
This has happened twice where I go to pay my rent on the last day before it’s late and the app won’t let me sign on saying the app doesn’t recognize my password. Mind you I have my stuff saved so I shouldn’t even have to sign in. It keeps signing me out randomly then says it doesn’t recognize my password even though it’s the same one I always use.

Seriously? This app doesn't auto-apply a rent credit before running autopay? My landlord owes me money and to get it I'm going to have to wait until next month, shut off autopay, pay manually, and turn autopay back on? Not that anyone using this app actually has a choice, but the devs dropped the ball so hard on basic functionality here.
