Worst app most payment failed due to paytm
Customer service is very poor you need to wait so long but you will not get any help from them

Most Reliable UPI App
Paytm’s UPI is more reliable than GPay & PhonePe in my experience. It does not log me out, forcing me to send another SMS, even if I don’t use the UPI for a prolonged period of time.

Paytm had its license canceled a while ago. The CEO was never able to prove consistency. Currently many users have been knocked out of the app while PhonePe is working just fine. Why should we use Paytm therefore??

Only in starting they give cash back. But now no more giving any benefits.

The app is a lot more reliable now than it was when I first started using it, when some payments I would try to make through the app just wouldn’t go through. That issue seems to have been fixed and I haven’t faced it in a while. I think it has the best UI of any UPI app I’ve used. I’d just like to point out an apparent bug in the app, which is my only complaint with it right now. When you try to cancel a subscription, the app prompts you to give a reason as to why you wanna end your subscription, in a box labelled “others”. This box is buggy, in that, it doesn’t accept any punctuation. I hope the team fixes this issue.
I also feel like, there is a dark pattern that the app runs you through when you try to cancel a subscription, which is infuriating, making it slightly more annoying and harder to cancel a subscription. It should be as easy to cancel a subscription as it is to start one.

Did not allow international number
I have international number from US. Im able to receive text messages but my mobile data is not working. Paytm wants my mobile data to verify my sim card. This is stupidity. Just send me otp. I will enter and that’s it

Worst upi payment service
I requested closing my account since almost month ago cause their link don't work and I have change my number. They opened ticket asked for proof of last bill for that number after providing all details now they changed the whole ticket issue, like what genius would take to understand a person requesting closing of account to change his number in Paytm but seems like they want to save your data and don't wanna remove it. I was going to add my new numbers to Paytm but now i am thinking to get PhonePe or some other app. Thank you Paytm for craziest dum service.

I love old things and have iPhoneX top model and have ios 16.15.7 and can’t update software and this world is all gone on digital so I need to lay but this app don’t allow to pay so bad this app is
Fraud app
They take money for flight tickets but they are unable to confirm tickets and they don’t have an option to cancel and the have an AI which is dumb as hell. No representatives no helpline nothing. Please refrain from using Paytm.
Great app, bad UI
Works with international numbers for NRI UPI services. But darkmode is absolute garbage on it. Pls fix! Also some settings dont work, like adding email address gives invalid number error, etc.
