BROKEN APP and SHAMEFUL
This county is SHAMEFUL in how it doesn’t care about its residents enough to have a functioning app! They want to cover themselves and appear like there’s less food poisoning incidents than there are so they purposefully have a non functioning system for reporting it and then pretend that they can’t do anything about it and divert blame. Shameful!! This state and county would rather do anything but help their residents!! Special place in hell!

Service request don’t work
For the past week I been trying to put in a request for a new recycle bin …fill out the application on line and I keep getting the same error message.that my service is unreachable at this time
Used to work
Wish I could give it zero stars because this app never works anymore. It always gives the message that I cannot submit anything. Haven’t been able to in months. What’s the point of the app, either shut it down or fix it.
Doesn’t work
It’s been months and I can never submit a request/ issue. Whatever the county paid for this app was wasted taxpayer money.

I thought this app would make submitting requests easier. I cannot even get past the location section of the request. Back to dialing 311 for everything smh
DOES NOT WORK
The app does not work. I’ve tried it multiple times and it says “Your service request could not be submitted as the 311 service does not appear to be reachable at this time.” So it’s a useless app. Sent an email to county executive and they want ME to trouble shoot. Horrible app and response.
App is having constant errors and won’t work
Cannot submit bulk trash pick up and I hate calling on the phone! It takes twice as long for someone to schedule it on the phone.
Service requests do not work
All service requests (ie missed trash collection) in app do not work. You go through the whole form filling out info and at the end the same error message comes up saying “We're Sorry
Your Service Request could not be submitted as the 311 Service does not appear to be reachable at this time..” This has been the case since the app was updated earlier in 2025. No way to contact developer or PG County govt to fix. Links in App Store don’t work. Help phone line at PG County Govt is an endless maze of people that don’t know who to contact.

Sorry 311 department
The 311 for PG County is sorry. The streets have potholes, I reported it and still no resolution. They said it would be addressed by May 1, today is May 7th. The pothole in Largo Md right by the fire department is huge. What are we paying for in this county? Sick of PGC!

Everything on the app is an error message. Why do u want people to use an app that DOES NOT WORK!
PGC is robbing their residents
The is app and their website is completely worthless. We pay taxes for trash collection and they “Bates Collection” never collect trash or leave it sitting there. I observe the so-called workers every Friday conduct these criminal act.s. Fleecing our money. We are paying for a service that we never receive. That’s criminal. The county executive is a crook obviously and doesn’t care…Period…it’s Ridiculous we as homeowners have to complain about trash collection in such a wealthy county. Utterly ridiculous. So disgusting with PGC.

Can no longer upload photos
Worked in a the past. As of 12/11/22 the ability to upload photos just stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled app, function still not working.
Industry Supported Compliance
I’m not completely sold on the Application’s missing *SECURITY Component & use of **COOKIES (Component) as it pertains to:
*Two Factor Authentication
“2-FA” the ability for a User-Subscriber to enlist/assign a 2nd Layer Password to Logon, and I’m not seeing where “Auto Fill” features are made available.

Good App
This app seems to have many services that you can request. (Bulk trash, dumping report, etc) and has FAQ section snd information section. Had a location feature that if enabled on phone will use your location so you don’t have to enter anything. I like that there is an area that summarizes your history of service request for status. The problem with 3 stars is that the HOME menu button does not work once your at the information and faq page. You can’t get back to request of service once you read it. That should have been tested before release for sure.

We are sorry you are having issues with this. Once you click on the Knowledge section it takes you to the web-page for the FAQs and Info. To go back to the home screen of the app click on the PGC311 at the top corner of your screen that should take you back to be able to enter any request through the app. Thank you for your feedback. Limit services
This app needs to be updated with the ability to request bulk trash pick up and other necessary services. Extremely lacking.

Useless App
This app provides no information about county staff or assistance with standard major resident concerns. There are only a few isolated service requests possible. Easier to call or go on the county website to get your issue resolved and find information.
