Helpful for sole proprietor
I found Pipedrive to be very helpful for a sole proprietor. Clearly there are a lot of capabilities that will allow me to grow as I grow the business, but I’m getting functionality at a good price now.

I love this app. It’s super easy to use. It’s not complicated. Many of these apps have too much. This is just right for allowing me to put contacts in and also easy to use for referrals. This has everything you need to be a good sales person. If you actually use it.

This App has solved half of my day’s problems.
Desktop Great/App Not So Much
Pipedrive’s desktop version is phenomenal. We utilize it regularly and it is great. However, the app is SO different than the desktop version that is has created problems within our team because you cannot utilize some of the same functions as the desktop version. In updates going forward, I would suggest there be some streamlining to make the app more user friendly and mirror the desktop version.

Not great
Not easy for newer users. Bad customer service. Plenty of great CRM’s this is not one of them.
I want to like it
I love being a rep on the go but the app is seriously buggy. It regularly doesn’t load or I have to kill it to start over. Pipedrive, you can do this. Please help us all work remote more often!

As a business owner and co-founder of a tech company, I make it a priority to pay attention to tools that benefit both my own operations and those of others. Anyone who knows me knows I’m constantly sharing what I learn.
So if you’re in the market for a CRM, I’d urge you to think twice before trying Pipedrive. On paper, it looks solid, but their transparency leaves a lot to be desired. The way they structure seats is not the same as how they define users, and they deliberately obscure this distinction. The result? People miss it for two or three months. By the time you realize what’s happening, it’s too late. Even if you deactivate a user under settings, you’re still billed for that seat. Their UI gives no clear warning that this will be the outcome.
For any future business considering Pipedrive as a solution, I’d strongly advise you to think long and hard.

Not for me
I’m a one-person graphic design company and it just didn’t work for me. Many things I wanted were extra and expensive and I felt I needed to modify everything to try to make it work for me. Just didn’t.
Worse CRM ever
I’ve been in Sales and Sales Leadership for 25 years. I’ve seen a lot of garbage in the tech stacks, and I’ve gotta say - this is impressively bad.
Great to stay connected
I’ve been using the app for over a week now and I’m so grateful! It’s been so useful to stay connected while away from my desk.

I’ve tried them all & Pipedrive is hands down the best CRM on the market. Intuitive, completely flexible and customisable platform that does everything you could possibly think of (& more) without over-complicating anything. The perfectly balanced and best bang for buck CRM available.
App misses so much
Try to add a person and, at the same time add their photo, a note an address or anything besides email address and a phone, label and organization (provided you don’t miss spell or punctuate and create a duplicate) - nope, the Pipedrive App won’t do that. You have to wait patiently for a sync and then find that person in your data and add the important stuff.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING CRM
I am NOT getting anything for this review. I am a paying customer who got fleeced by paying a fortune for the over-sold, overhyped, highly overrated Salesforce. This Pipedrive CRM is easy to setup, easy to use, user-friendly and actually inspiring! I LOVE this work tool.

The desktop version is great and our entire team loves it, mobile version must be improved.

Best visual CRM tool
The best visual CRM tool on the market. Some serious and not amateur setup is required. However, as all the CRM in the market. it needs an adoption method that perse it lacks. A good partner is always the best option to start up! TimeHunter.co
Pipedrive is great if you know what to use- simple!
So I have had Pipedrive in the past when they offered a free level, which I believe they should still should. Anyway, the base plan is not that great but the next tier up is where it gets interesting. You get read receipts!! Plus there are plug-ins that can manage most of the work for you once you set it up. If your team is not so corporate scaled, this is the best option for you. If it is corporate scaled, then look into Hubspot or something similar.

The “At-a-glance” CRM
I’ve only used the app for two days and I’ve been loving how almost EVERYTHING is customizable and relative to any business which would use a CRM.
Everything is in its right place, highly recommend.
The $50/month starting price actually is justifying its value over a cheaper alternative surprisingly.

Gutes Tool, aber App ist Schrott
Leider nicht nutzbar auf dem Handy was sehr unzufriedenstellend ist. Lädt ewig lang oder funktioniert gar nicht. Schade, da die Desktop Version und das Tool an sich sehr cool und intuitiv ist!
