Not even an airline
App is useless, not half the features on the site. As an airline they cancel connecting flight while I’m in the air. No workers in the airport for Porter either so no one to help. Phone wait times last time I called was “8 hours and 40 minutes” (I wish I was joking). They stranded me in Toronto for 8 hours and offered a $4 voucher, not enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport. If Canadian airlines weren’t such a monopoly with no consequences this company would be sued out of existence. It’s not a bad airline, because it doesn’t do enough to be even qualified as an airline. Year of Child Birth Issue & Child Coded as Adult - Porter Support
Unable to check-in grandson as the link provided in Porter’s “Time to Check-in” email will not allow his birth year (drop down only goes up to 2015, his birth year is 2020). App has his correct birth year but has coded him as an adult and won’t allow a boarding pass to be issued. It is now 7 pm and have had a call in to Porter support since approx. 2 pm but have not heard back from them. Makes me wonder how Porter defines “support”.

Looks man why not put the day along with the date in the travel UI card? Just basic stuff is missing here UX designer is he sleep at work. Also where is “share trip” info to send to the other passenger where is their email etc? Are you people even listening here

Book flights from app
I want to be able to book flights from the app or else this would be an easy 5/5 star
Good app with some bugs
Would be great if I could actually add my boarding passes to my wallet when your given the option but that seems like to much to ask these days, push the app out and fix it when we get to it who cares if it works properly or not right ?!

Would be nice it it provided flight updates.
This is my first time using the app and flying Porter out of YHU. Our gate as switched, the flight was delayed and the app kept showing the previous gate, same departure time for an hour after we were still grounded. What is the point of this app if it doesn’t provide updates for your flight? Not cool.

The app is very easy and clear to follow, especially the safety items for your carry-on and baggage.
Best Airline by far
I’ve flown on Flair, WestJet and Air Canada. Porter is by far the most organized and has the most space in terms of seating. I always get the seats in front of the Emergency exit for extra leg room as I am 6’ 2”. It is just a pleasure to fly on Porter
