Good when all is well
Most orders are great but what always makes a difference is how the errors and other issues are dealt with. There is no customer service and when my order was stolen from the store I was not notified. The help chat didn't inform me of any issues or why drivers kept canceling. I eventually called the store and they told me it was taken and the driver took the reciept to report it but nothing happened. Really frustrating and disappointing.
