Every time I try to retrieve a chat on the app, it's just spins and says it's reconnecting, but never connects.
Unreliable
I find I almost never get notifications. The only good thing is it tries to get the person on your website to fill out at least a contact request. Recommended by Weebly, but of questionable value.

Keeps timing out. If I go online I can see the chats but the app just doesn’t work.

Terrible app
The app never works for me. It doesn’t alert me to an incoming chat until the user is already long gone. When I try to retrieve the chat it just spins and spins but doesn’t retrieve the information. Works fine on desktop but app is useless.
App Not working on iPhone
The app has not been working on the new iPhone and we have sent at least 10 emails to purechat and they have not been able to solve the issue. We are loosing an average of a chat every 15-20 minutes, wasting a possible sale.
Zero Support! Stopped Delivering Chat Notifications
The app has stopped delivering chats, which makes it pretty useless. I have tried contacting numerous times on the website, on the app, and as a last resort I messaged them on Facebook messenger. The messenger shows they read the message but didn’t take the time to respond.
This company has shown ZERO customer service or accountability for support.
I also find it ironic that the chat service on their own service is not attended to, and is unresponsive when I leave a message 👎🤣 Way to represent the use of chat services. Finding another provider immediately.

Decent app
It work at first, but since 3 weeks ago the notifications stop working and we start loosing a lot of chats, for some reason is only happening on IPhone.
Can’t even connect to its own servers
Has always been a buggy web app in an iOS wrapper but lately the app crashes constantly (latest OS, app version, and hardware) and now won’t even connect to their own server. Useless.
Secure is most important…
And we have it with the product. Thank you for a reasonable pricing.

Lost my business a lot of money!
Doesn’t work and can’t log in because it keeps saying to update but can’t update in the U.K.!?? Missed a lot of business due to this awful app - avoid & save your business!!
App crashes all the time, won’t connect
Been using this app for years on our site but it only seems to get worse. Won’t load the chat when a customer connects, you have to log out and back in to try and open the chat window and then it crashes. The app needs some work to keep it functional on current IOS. Most of the time I have to sprint across the shop to my computer and just use the browser version as this app just does not cut it.

On Safari the chat is extremely slow and lost a few good leads because of this

It was pretty difficult to actually implement about a year ago with lots of glitches but now it seems to work decently well!
