User reviews

bleh

helped me break my endless snooze loop

Really good

Works everytime and user friendly

Great

Helped me wake up really fast, but don’t really know the difference between the premium one and normal one but still have a little trouble importing my own sound

Payment

Same thing as every other app they make you set up the entire thing THEN ask for a payment.

To hard to position the camera and get my feet, wrist, and head in camera view

Deleted the app after it didn’t wake me up and I couldn’t complete the pushups it was telling me to do because it didn’t capture my whole body in the frame, which is more difficult then just having a regular alarm and waking up and doing some push ups!

FAQ

How does this alarm app work?

This alarm app requires you to perform a specific number of physical exercises, such as push-ups, sit-ups, or knee push-ups, which are counted by your device's camera. The alarm will only turn off once you have successfully completed the required repetitions.

Can I cheat or snooze this alarm?

No, this alarm is designed to prevent cheating and snoozing. There is no snooze button, and the app uses camera verification to ensure you are performing the exercises. You cannot turn it off while lying in bed.

What types of exercises can I do?

You can choose to do standard push-ups, sit-ups, or knee push-ups to dismiss the alarm. The app's camera will count your repetitions for whichever exercise you select.

Is this app suitable for heavy sleepers?

Yes, this app is specifically designed for heavy sleepers and chronic snoozers. By forcing you to perform physical activity immediately upon waking, it aims to increase your heart rate and alertness, making it much harder to fall back asleep.

Does the app require an internet connection?

No, the app works offline. No video is saved or uploaded, ensuring your privacy and allowing you to use the alarm even without an internet connection.
