I called and gave them more information then originally asked for. Sent Government id, bank statement, answered questions. They denied service. I’m sure I gave more information than most do.
It’s extremely hard to understand who ever you talk to. I spent a couple of hours on the phone and got no where. I bent over backwards and they said it was not enough.
