Terrible Verification Process
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent more than four days trying to verify my account by uploading my passport, and the app either fails or sends me in circles. I’ve contacted customer support twice, but neither interaction resulted in a solution or any real assistance.
A verification process shouldn’t take this long, especially after reaching out for help multiple times. The lack of support and resolution has been very disappointing. I hope the company improves both its verification system and its customer service so others don’t have to go through the same experience.

Worst customer support and app
I got this app after seeing the reviews because Wise was taking a bit longer and I need to get my funds as soon as possible however this first time I used it the transfer kept failing customer service said it was a technical problem with the bank transfer, so instead they recommended cash pickup. I did cash pickup but when I went to go get it through Ria more problems arise. I had to call customer support again but this time I was constantly questioned and it was nothing but back and forth with them. At this point it felt like a scam and I cancelled the transfer. It was very inconvenient to use this platform and I will be sure to never use it again. I will make sure to stick to Wise because I never have any major problems with them.
