This is absolutely what newer generations need to keep exercising, and learn discipline. Would definitely recommend.

this is the best app I’ve ever used. You don’t have to pay for anything. You don’t have to pay to like do all the workouts and stuff it’s free and I’ve actually improved on my screen time. I only spend about 30 minutes on a daily basis a few months ago it was 9 to 10 hours but now I’m only on for like 30 minutes and really crave exercise now I highly recommend it

Ignoring the fact that the developers hold you captive with a long questionnaire before telling you to pay $50…
…you should ALSO know that you are giving a third party app unrestricted access to look at all of your app usage, screen time data, and even control/restrict apps, all while collecting and selling your data to who knows who. And that’s happening no matter if you pay the $50 or not!!
Make sure you take away access once you realize how encroaching this app is
