Pop-Up Fatigue
The banking app is fine but the never-ending pop-up seeking feedback is so annoying.
Confusing historical balance data
Have been a longtime RBS customer, but recently switched to mainly using Monzo as my main account because it’s much easier to keep track of incoming and outgoing payments. I switched back to using RBS when I saw they had introduced pots like Monzo. That is great. However, I still find it difficult to keep track of payments and balance, because it’s not showing in sequential order. It confuses what my balance was historically, by lumping all “payments in” together, so it doesn’t accurately show what my balance was with a certain transaction. It’s very confusing and I am considering going back to monzo for this unfortunately.

Transfers between current account credit card don’t work
Transfer between cut business current account and business credit card has been offered by the App for a long time now but still doesn’t work
