Embarrassing!!!
It only gets 1 star because that’s the lowest option. For a governmental app this is embarrassing. Successively created an account, received email confirmation but then when attempting to login tells me I don’t have an account registered!?!
Error submitting the form
Every time I try to submit the form I get an error message saying it didn’t go through. Just recently downloaded it for a trip to SA in July 2026. Never worked. Nobody checked and just wasted time. Declaration when you arrive in a country is fine (if it works) but for a tourist visiting this country I don’t understand why I need to declare my belongings when I leave… Never experienced this anywhere I have travelled in the world. But then again, I have never been to North Korea.

Rubbish App Irritating
Tried to register, get an email confirming registration, the login, no user found please register. Delete app, down load again. Register again, user already exists, please login, login, user not found. IRRITATING
Very frustrating
Can’t log in says I don’t exist. Then I try to register it says I already exist.
A bit clunky but worked for me as a uk traveller
Not the most self intuitive but take your time and works fine
