Cruise eSIM Does Not Work & Support Refused a Refund on Technicality
I bought a Saily eSIM plan specifically for my cruise, expecting reliable data. Instead, it completely failed to work on the ship, leaving me entirely without connectivity.When I finally got back and contacted customer service to request a refund for a service that never worked, they flatly refused. Their reason? They claimed my plan had expired just one day before I reached out to them. This policy is incredibly unfair—how was I supposed to contact them to report the issue while stranded at sea with no working data in the first place?They used a technicality to pocket my money for a broken service. The customer support is completely unhelpful and showed zero flexibility for travelers. Do not waste your money on their cruise plans.

Easy eSIM to set up, ideal for neurodivergents customers
I’ve never set up an eSIM before whilst abroad, I’ve always found the setting up process tedious especially because I’m dyslexic. It was soo simple. Made my trip much smoother. Thank you, my new found app ❤️

First time eSIM user
I’ve switched out physical SIMs in the olden days but this was my first experience with an eSIM. Saily made it so easy. One thing to note: if you get a calling SIM for a particular country, it only works in that country. So get a Global eSIM.
