Absurd support behavior

Was in Italy and purchased an Italian data plan. Was then robbed by individuals who were involved in gang activity and had my identity. Was put in police protection to leave asap. Sailey told me to chargeback the purchase if I wanted to change my plan to cover where they took me. This is ridiculous the whole Europe plan is the same price.
