Seemingly getting worse…
Please, please, please fix the log in issues. This wasn’t a problem a few months ago but has since been getting worse. The app now frequently logs you out for no reason - which is bad enough. But to add irritation, it doesn’t work with the passwords app either. So not only does it NOT suggest your saved username and password; even if you press-and-hold and choose the ‘passwords’ option, it won’t open the ‘passwords’ app to let you manually select it. Please fix it. It honestly can’t be that hard because it worked well until relatively recently.

I’ve just returned to Sainsbury’s after years of Asda, then Tesco and dabbling with Morrison’s!
Asda has gone from bad to worse, Morrison’s has limited choice so only good for popping in when in town.
For the past year I’ve travelled 14 miles to shop at Tesco. The quality is good and I like the service. However after being ignored for 20 minutes with no shopping appearing on the click and collect I was then told all the orders for that day had been cancelled but I hadn’t been notified! I had no shopping in so made a trip to my local Sainsbury’s and was very impressed. A whole shop with everything I needed and the Nectar offers meant it was no more expensive than Tesco. The quality is very very good too. The checkout lady was so very polite and informative. Explained about click and collect and that everything comes from the Lincoln store , so even more products available.
The app is super easy, better than Tesco. Easy to link your Nectar card for the points and offers and it’s just down the road to collect. No brainer really. I’m now a Sainsbury customer.
