Practicality
Functionality and Flow of the Salesforce App are, understandably, designed to meet the needs of the desktop as well as the mobile Users. From a mobile User POV, there are screen actions that are not efficient. Scrolling under the Details directory, then clicking "see more," then scrolling again to determine the nature of the Work Order is far from logistically appropriate. There's more. But this describes a pattern of logic that's built into the app at the developer level.

First time using this at my new company
It’s been about four or five years since I used Salesforce mobile and that was with my old company. Absolutely love the intuitiveness and the ease of use. I was able to safely and legally make several calls on a recent business trip. Keep innovating!
Why do I have to constantly delete the app?
I have to constantly delete the app multiple times and reinstall it just to use it for one day. I don’t exactly know what’s going on, but I have to use this for work every single day and it’s very time-consuming for me to have to delete and re-download every single other day so if you could please reach out to me so we could try to figure what’s going on if it’s just my phone or what it is

Great for tracking business
This is a great tool whether on the go (mobile app) or on your laptop to keep track of opportunities and managing business, and keeping track of communications between the company and customers.

I love being able to check on things while on the go. I hope they continue to add to the mobile app, like calendars, etc being able to have everything at your fingertips… I love it!
Current gripe is links
When you click on a link from an email it really struggles with directing to the app rather than via a browser (which our version isn’t built to work well in!) - you have a mere second to tell it to open the app before it tries to load in the browser instead.
What would be amazing is some sort of tab potential where you could keep a current page open and navigate easily to somewhere else within Salesforce to check something and be able to come straight back to where you want to be

I like Salesforce
It’s very easy to use. And it helps me do a better report of what I have done during the week.
Geomaps issue
I love the layout but when trying to pull up routes in geomap the app just keeps flashing the logo and I have to close the app out and just go online to see.
Awful, unusable
If you do a lot of work on custom objects in lightning, the app is entirely unusable. Might be great for out of the box users, but its awful and im only here in the app store to try to forbid it from installing, because it KEEPS AUTOMATICALLY INSTALLING.

2nd company I’m using this app with and it seems every year it gets more defined and simple to use. Thanks for the updates.
Full featured but annoying
Would be fantastic if I didn’t have to reinstall it daily because it changes from my organization login to the generic salesforce login that goes nowhere useful.
The app is a dud
The app doesn’t work. It lets me sign in. I could get to the main window where I type in a Measure number to search, but when I click the search icon, it doesn’t do anything. I could sit there and click it all day long and it won’t do anything, but when I log into the Web version of salesforce it works perfect perfectly fine. Why is the app so garbage?
