Great for tracking business
This is a great tool whether on the go (mobile app) or on your laptop to keep track of opportunities and managing business, and keeping track of communications between the company and customers.

I love being able to check on things while on the go. I hope they continue to add to the mobile app, like calendars, etc being able to have everything at your fingertips… I love it!
Current gripe is links
When you click on a link from an email it really struggles with directing to the app rather than via a browser (which our version isn’t built to work well in!) - you have a mere second to tell it to open the app before it tries to load in the browser instead.
What would be amazing is some sort of tab potential where you could keep a current page open and navigate easily to somewhere else within Salesforce to check something and be able to come straight back to where you want to be

I like Salesforce
It’s very easy to use. And it helps me do a better report of what I have done during the week.
Geomaps issue
I love the layout but when trying to pull up routes in geomap the app just keeps flashing the logo and I have to close the app out and just go online to see.
Awful, unusable
If you do a lot of work on custom objects in lightning, the app is entirely unusable. Might be great for out of the box users, but its awful and im only here in the app store to try to forbid it from installing, because it KEEPS AUTOMATICALLY INSTALLING.
Great App
2nd company I’m using this app with and it seems every year it gets more defined and simple to use. Thanks for the updates.
Full featured but annoying
Would be fantastic if I didn’t have to reinstall it daily because it changes from my organization login to the generic salesforce login that goes nowhere useful.
The app is a dud
The app doesn’t work. It lets me sign in. I could get to the main window where I type in a Measure number to search, but when I click the search icon, it doesn’t do anything. I could sit there and click it all day long and it won’t do anything, but when I log into the Web version of salesforce it works perfect perfectly fine. Why is the app so garbage?

Mi iPad se actualizo a la versión de iOS18 y ahora la app pide certificado SSL por lo que no permite usarla

Doesn’t matter how your company uses or misuses it, the app itself is good
Sandbox login almost always doesn’t work
I don’t get it, why is it so difficult to just log into this app. I’ve been given so many blank screens and error pages.
Dark theme
Need dark theme and to see and change login data.

It take 5 taps to access basic info about my shift
This is the most poorly designed app I’ve ever seen. Just to read info about my shift assignments it takes up to 5 taps. Some screens require a tap on the only button on the page, making the tap useless. The speed of redress is horrendous. It resets every time navigate away and back and I need to 5 taps all over again. This makes my work that much harder and painful.

Great app
The app is user friendly. It would be nice if we could see previous worked shifts. Currently the shift is no longer on the calendar once the shift is complete. PTO should reflect on the schedule as well.
