Worst solution ever
Leave it to Samsung to create a more complicated solution to something as simple as post codes for a motherboard. This could be searchable. But instead I spend 5 minutes trying to get this app to correctly identify something that could easily be “C6”. And in the end it tells me nothing is wrong with my non-functioning dryer.

Manual, internet says to use app for basic settings like turning off the end of cycle chime, etc. There are no options/setting to do this. This app is terrible.

Está en español y reconoce el código que aparece en la pantalla de la lavadora. Te dice si la lavadora tiene algún problema, en mi caso lo probé y aunque no tenía ningún problema, si me dio el reporte

App is for washer only, not dryer. No app search results for dryer only. Chat support took me to a range discussion, not dryer. Dryer voice support tried to sell me a replacement because repair cost would equal cost for a new appliance.

Je me demande à quoi ça sert d’avoir une application qui ne fonctionne pas. J’ai essayé à maintes reprises de connecter ma machine à l’application mais en vain. Si vous avez des solutions a me proposer, je suis prenante car j’aimerai bien que ça fonctionne. Dans le manuel, ça demande de maintenir la touche option et arrêt déféré simultanément pendant 3 secondes pour activer la fonction smart washer mais j’ai essayé plusieurs fois, ça ne fonctionne pas.

L’app non è ottimizzata correttamente per leggere i codici di errore tramite fotocamera e non penso sia un problema del mio cell dato che ho un iPhone 14 Pro Max, per fortuna c’è la possibilità di comporre il codice manualmente

Samsung products are complete trash!!! Will never buy another product made by this company. The smart care is a joke after 4 years there’s no support for the appliances washer/dryer I purchased. Here I am looking to have to replace the trash appliances I wasted my hard earned money buying 4 years ago! Lasted 4 years!!! Really Samsung!!
