Deceptive Business Practices

Was initially hopeful but after much use, there is fail start issue where you can be charge $ twice to do your laundry. Start the machine with a mobile app; the reader beeps once, but the machine is not started. Then you have to redo the process and pay again. Unfortunately, I missed the first few times and over the past year, it’s happened numerous times. Scheffres knows about the issue as it is a common bug for its outdated software. However, there is no notice and they require you to go through a long process to get refunded like they know people may give up. What a deceptive business practice!

Great Service & Equipment

Not too long ago our complex upgraded to this service and I have been so pleased. These new front washers are so fast and really cleans your clothes. As for the dryers they are super fast too. I literally can wash a load before work and go… I think overall the best highlight to me is “There’s an App for that” lol Yes, everything is on the app! Reload your funds and keep it moving.
