Worst ap / website in the industry
You’d think with all the money sitting in scoot/singapore airlines they could afford to buy some decent IT that actually works. What should take 20 minutes to book a flight takes hours with this airline network.
Best and affordable flight to travel with
Quite an affordable and a supportive scoot team! Love travelling with them as always.
Buggy, unreliable, and confusing
I get that this is a budget airline but can’t you at least make the app more reliable? For instance the constant loading screens are obnoxious and it constantly logs you out.

Constant Promotional Notifications Ruin the Experience
The app itself is fine; however, the constant spam notifications are not. It’s gotten to the point where I feel I have no choice but to delete the app.
Avoid.
Be prepared to:
- be unable to manage bookings and use KF privileges
- be nickeled and dimed for everything
- never be able to contact a human to resolve issues
- constantly be greeted with smarmy illustrations that belie how little this airline cares

Don’t bother
Trying to change flights is real work, they’ll make it impossible within the app so youll have to call and pay 40$ admin fee for them doing it
Needs improvement
This is not a good airline app compared to others I have used. It keeps signing you out and even when you are signed in, you have to add your trips as it doesn’t do this automatically and it often loses the trips and you have to re-add them by finding the booking number in your emails. I had to do this three times. The whole point of a travel app is that you don’t have to keep going through your emails to find your bookings. It also doesn’t automatically link you to the frequent flyer program so you have to keep signing in to that too. It also doesn’t send you updates for changed gate numbers. Then Scoot sends us an email saying you can’t do check in online or through the app for our trip and says you need to check-in at the airport at least 3 hours before your departure. But the check-in counter doesn’t even open until 3 hours prior to departure so it’s not possible to check in at least 3 hours before departure and there is a massive line of people who have all been told the same thing. But the Scoot staff are great. Just not the app or check-in communication.

Very poor app and booking experience
Every time I use the Scoot app i am filled with dread whether it has actually got worse since the last time I used it. It never fails to disappoint.

Garbage app cant even retrieve a booking

Not the easiest to navigate. Wanted to use PayPal but gave up after 4 attempts! Only way was credit card or QR code
Can’t sign up and can’t pull booking on App
App UI is fine, but Krisflyer sign up doesn’t work for me, it just says please try again in 24 hours (and I’ve already tried it earlier on web). I also can’t add a booking I’ve checked in via web to the app.
No efficient app

Does not open anymore - just crashes instantly
Yes, current update installed. 1 sec in yellow, then iPhone homescreen.. 10/10 useless
