No offline OTP code and can't unlock my card

I can't unlock my card through the app. I tried logging on the website, but there was no notification in the app and when I tried generating an offline OTP, no code was given. It was just a black space with a countdown timer. So disappointing and a hassle.

App not working smoothly

Everytime I open this app , it says " Security Bank has detected non secure connection," and then I have to uninstall and install it again and go thru the biometrics,facial recognition and phone passcode confirmation! So annoying and time consuming. This (bug) should be fixed! The old app worked better.B

Convenient banking access from abroad

The app works well for me. Since I am far from the Philippines, I opened a Security Bank account so I can easily access my funds and make my monthly mortgage payments. It provides easy access, and I can conveniently monitor all the money coming in and going out of my account.

I hope that in the future, my mortgage loan details will also be available in the app so I can easily check my remaining mortgage balance.

Makes no sense at all

Stop requiring using the app just to login to the website.

I cant login after I updated the Security Bank app.

When I open to check my security bank app, it requires me to update to new app, and I can’t able to open my previous version of the app which is quite stable and I am always using it. But then after the update, I can no longer login, my credentials is nit working. I tried to click forgot password but it is not working. I tried to call customer service and she asked me to re-install the app whuch I followed her instructions. But then I still unable to login to the security bank new updated app. Can someone from security bank to help me on this?

OTP is not working

The older version was better. I changed my phone so I needed to log in to register my device but I'm not receiving an OTP even when my philippine number is active and on roaming. I cant say that there is something wrong on my end as I am receiving OTP's for my other bank accounts.

Always failed Instapay transfer

Tried transferring to other banks several times via Instapay. Error always occur despite correct details inputted.

POOR SERVICE!

poor service. unionbank is way much BETTER!!!! this online bank app is so inconvenient to use. i don’t recommend this, I can’t access my account i have to wait 24hrs to use it, so hassle!!! i took me how many days already because of this stupid system. not good for emergency use.

Does not function properly on IOS.

The app is the only way to remotely access your account. You cannot go to the website and login. The app does not function properly and will not allow you to confirm certain functions, like account to account transfers. This has been a problem for many months and it is still not fixed. So, you are required to drive to the bank and wait in line, to perform these functions. This is completely unacceptable.

Wont let me go past the Tpin

I have gone past the log on page and its asking me to set up a PIn and does not allow me despite numerous attempts. I also followed the instructions but still its not working! Turned on the notification. De Nada!

No complain

Been using this new app since it came out. So far its doing its job. I am bases overseas so my only way of transacting using my security bank accounts is theough this app. So far everything is working well for me.
