Not working!!!
No offline OTP code and can't unlock my card
I can't unlock my card through the app. I tried logging on the website, but there was no notification in the app and when I tried generating an offline OTP, no code was given. It was just a black space with a countdown timer. So disappointing and a hassle.

App not working smoothly
Everytime I open this app , it says " Security Bank has detected non secure connection," and then I have to uninstall and install it again and go thru the biometrics,facial recognition and phone passcode confirmation! So annoying and time consuming. This (bug) should be fixed! The old app worked better.B

Convenient banking access from abroad
The app works well for me. Since I am far from the Philippines, I opened a Security Bank account so I can easily access my funds and make my monthly mortgage payments. It provides easy access, and I can conveniently monitor all the money coming in and going out of my account.
I hope that in the future, my mortgage loan details will also be available in the app so I can easily check my remaining mortgage balance.
