What's New in SetSmith Pocket PT

This update is about one thing: making the Adaptive Engine feel less like a black box, and more like a trainer who explains what they're doing and reacts to you in real time. WHAT'S NEW Coach's Notes — every generated workout now shows why each exercise was picked, in plain language. Swap something and it explains that pick too. Session-level notes flag things like approaching volume limits or a plateaued lift. Same-day adjustments — rate how a session felt (1-10) and your very next planned session adjusts before you even open it, not next week. No more waiting on a weekly review to react to a rough day. Report a niggle — tell the app if something's feeling off (a shoulder, a knee) and it automatically eases off that area for about two weeks, then brings it back on its own. Time-budget sessions — tell Generate how long you've got and it builds a session that actually fits, trimming accessories before compounds. Import your history — download a simple CSV template from Settings, fill it in (or hand it to any AI chatbot along with your old logs and ask it to convert them), then upload it. Matched exercises feed straight into your real training history — nothing gets lost as a generic "custom" entry. Also includes bug fixes and stability improvements under the hood.
