Was hoping that the workout would change up day-to-day, but it’s pretty much the same exercises day after day. They’re just adding more time to each.

It is awesome. This is definitely recommended for people that are fat and recommended for young kids who want abs as well. Just one thing I have to mention the workouts are a little bit too long for some kids that want abs or otherwise it’s definitely recommended if you want abs
