Terrible App, doesn’t even recognize the library near me and is only allowing me to print something at a library 30 miles away from vs a library a mile away from me

Can’t even get past login page. My library comes up but when I try to login with my email and library card it says it isn’t correct. I can see why there is so many bad reviews.
Does not Work With IOS 18
This app is trash. It does not work with IOS 18. I guess, if you have an older version of IOS, it might work. It just freezes my phone. Full of bugs. Deleted app immediately.

Absolutely trash app and embarrassing that a major library would trust them with printing.
Cannot Find Library
All the libraries in my county use Smart Alec, however none of them are accessible through the app. I allowed the app to search my location (I’m two miles from the library) and even directly typed in the zip code and it still only gave me a single option of “Anytown Public Library” in a remote city over an hour away. I’m not sure why the developers even bothered making the app but perhaps it’s more functional in other states.

Does anyone actually run this app?
So many complaints. Here’s another. Libraries across the company show up when I search my library card number or my zip code. NOTHING near me.
Just awful
I was able to print two documents. Tried to print more but no luck. Forget the video that explains the app. It’s so fast there’s no way anyone can follow it. I spent way too much time trying to make it happen. I had to leave but will try again tomorrow. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome.
Doesn’t accept my log in
I see this has been a complaint. I can’t log in with my library account & password on my iPad. Bummer!
CANT CHOOSE LOCATION
there’s a review from january of this year that had the same problem! it’s late december. still haven’t fixed it ig. pls … fix this!
PIN doesn’t work
I tried to enter my verified PIN multiple times with my library number and it still doesn’t work. I even called the library and they said my account and PIN are working. This app is bad. Something needs to be done.

No way to select library
There is no way to select your library. When you go to find your library, just opened up a Google Map. This is useless!

Can't even log in
Downloaded the app; allowed location; typed in library card and password...can't log in. There's no way to attempt other methods either. No HELP button. Nothing.
Cannot choose library to print to
I live 2 blocks from the main library, and it just started using this app in 2023. I've never had a problem printing to them from home or in the library before, and I don't print enough to own a printer without the ink drying out.
I uploaded my document like normal, then it asked me to select a library to print to. There's no list, just a map. The main library isn't on the map. I download the app. It's there, I can't select it. I go back to safari, I can now see the library, and I still can't select it.
The video in the app shows me how to add this, which doesn't work, as a printer. It then went black and turned off my screen instead of minimizing, so that was a nice touch. Hopefully I'll be able to print in the library itself, because I really need the documents and kinkos is in the opposite direction.

I’m at the library and downloaded the app put in my pin number which has been verified for many years and the app says it doesn’t work and they don’t know what the problem is

Not good
Needed to print important documents. Absolutely no instructions and the instruction video didn’t work. Had to ask the librarian for help.
Network Connection Issue
I’m connected to the library wifi and it refuses to load even the very first screen so I can log in.
