Could be worse, but barely
The UI/backend feels slow and just-submitted payment does not show up in the history. When taking longer (5-10 mins?) to enter payment details, the app shows an error “WBS:IP10110” or “Uživatel není oprávněn k podpisu” after entering my PIN, but despite the error message, one of the payments went through so I accidentally paid twice, assuming the current payment history can be trusted.
Also, the app has forced updates from time to time (often at the least convenient time) and “App Support” link in App Store is broken.
I can imagine a worse experience and the app mostly works on stock iOS (hence 2 stars) but there is quite some room for improvement.

10 let pouzivani
Jsem zakaznikem Unicredit banky jiz 10 let a jejich apku tedy pouzivam nemene dlouho. Za tu dobu prosla aplikace mnoha zmenami, ktere byly vzdy k lepsimu. Libi se mi, ze prostredi apky je prehledne, jednoduche, clovek se na minimum kliku dostane tam, kam potrebuje. Pro zakladni vec jako odeslani platby nebo treba zablokovani ztracene karty plati totez. Verze apky je nadmiru stabilni, za tech 10 let mi spadla jednou, maximalne 2x. V posledni dobe mam i osobni stesti, ze se mi dari netrefit se do planovanych odstavek bankovnictvi, ktere banka dava take uzivatelum jasne a predem znat prave skrze info v aplikaci.
Velke plus za seznam partneru a slev v casti U-setrete.
O hvezdicku mene davam jen z motivacnich duvodu, aby banka a jeji vyvojari neusnuli na vavrinech a dale na apce pracovali a rozvijeli ji spravnym smerem, ktery predci konkurenci.

Nepřehledné peklo
Vaše apka je suverénně nejhorší ze všech co bank u kterých mám účty. Jejím tvůrcům evidentně slovo “user friendly “ nic neříká. Účet jsem ještě nezrušil pouze díky výhodnému kontokorentu. V jednoduchosti je krása. Doporučuji se inspirovat u Fiobanky. M.Š.

Overall nice and clean interface, but the corresponding speed of in-app clicks is slow and the wait time to enter the software is long. Wish it was easier to make money between personal accounts, and if it had a dark mode it would be even better.

Contest with perverse incentive
I actually think this is a fairly decent banking app and I’d probably give it 4 or 5 star rating, but the bank has a contest that gives a prize for the 10 most original comments about the app, and the contest requires the user to leave their full name and surname in the review to get the prize. I am an economist and I consider this a great example of a poorly designed incentive that will likely cause the opposite of their intended design, like this 1 star rating.
If the terms of the contest about most the most original comments, then I should surely be a winner. However, my guess is that the decision about who they choose as the winners will be as a bad as the contest design and I won’t win, but this is my shot in the dark…

Super aplikace
Když potřebuji někomu poslat peníze nebo se jen podívat, kolik jsem utratil a za co, trvá to pár sekund. Aplikace nevyžaduje zdlouhavé přihlašování ani zadávání kódů z SMS. Navíc vytvořili widget, který hned ukazuje, kolik mám na účtu. Při plánované odstávce nás včas informují, a navíc ji většinou naplánují na noční hodiny, kdy je provoz minimální.

Používanie Smart Banking appky je ako mať banku vo vrecku – a ešte k tomu bez otravných front a papierovačiek! Stačí pár kliknutí a peniaze sú tam, kde potrebujem (no kto by to nemiloval?). Vždy keď sa mi objaví notifikácia o aktualizácii, hovorím si: ‘Čo zas pre nás UniCredit vymyslel?’ A zakaždým ma niečím prekvapia! Mám pocit, že ma táto appka pozná lepšie ako ja sám. Ak by ešte pridali funkciu, ktorá mi napovie, ako sa dostať z večného mínusu, tak im rovno pošlem tortu. Jednoznačne odporúčam, táto appka proste šľape!

SmartBanking je zkrátka appka, bez které se neobejdete, máte-li účet u Unicredit Bank. Díky červené barvě, ji v telefonu najdete. Je přehledná, jednoduchá, graficky pěkně zpracovaná a zkrátka uživatelsky přívětivá. Naleznete tam vše, co potřebujete a pokud ne, snadno zde naleznete informaci, na koho a jak se obrátit. Pokud máte více účtů v různých měnách, velmi lehce mezi nimi můžete přepínat. O svých financích máte díky aplikaci skvělý přehled. Už není potřeba ruční zapisování útrat, jak to dělávaly, nebo stále ještě dělají, předešlé generace. Aplikace rozezná, do jakých kategorií váš nákup spadá. Pokud se splete nebo ho chcete označit jako ještě podrobnější podkategorií, lze to ručně změnit pouhým kliknutím. Máte díky tomu přehled, zda se často stravujete v restauracích, nakupujete mnoho oblečení či cestujete. SmartBanking je velmi dobrý pomocník pro přehled o finančních a nakládání s nimi. Mohu tuto aplikaci doporučit.

Unicredit smart appku doporučuji
Unicredit smart banking funguje bezproblémově. Aplikace rychle nabíhá a je uživatelsky docela přívětivá.
Slouží dobře
Používám aplikaci již řadu let a v základu vždy fungovala. Rozšířené funkce by se dali vylepšit ale co je třeba vyzdvihnout, tak si nevšimne te reklami. Nabízení zbytečných úvěru, spoření, investic si v aplikaci nevšimne te. To je u konkurence daleko horší.

There are so many requiremnts for pin that it is basically weakening the security.
For example 25360825 is not allowed!
253608 is allowed.
