Not only was using a navigating this app a complete nightmare, but being forced to download an app AND create an account to order food in the lounge is absolutely diabolical. You’re telling me I have to wait God knows how long for the slow lounge Wi-Fi to complete an 86 MB download. You’re completely out of your mind. Not to mention when I actually scan the QR code, it failed about three out of every four attempts. It turns out I have to pay for the food when I’ve already paid for the lounge via credit card benefits. What an absolutely confusing mess.

Being an iata member, I Rcvd email to sign in on this app to enter a contest . DL ok but when it came to verification, it is forcing me to validate acct using a China number which I don’t have

Not easy to use and navigate
was told to download this to unlock a power bank charging station. the app has no directions or easy way to find any products, including the power bank charging offering.

Garbage User Experience
I registered, set password, they emailed me 4 separate emails - one a confirmation link and 3 free vouchers. I validated. I downloaded load the app. Email invalid. Went to browser login. Try password reset- invalid email. You people literally sent me 4 emails to my email address including a confirmation link. Come on. Be better!
