Being an iata member, I Rcvd email to sign in on this app to enter a contest . DL ok but when it came to verification, it is forcing me to validate acct using a China number which I don’t have

was told to download this to unlock a power bank charging station. the app has no directions or easy way to find any products, including the power bank charging offering.

I registered, set password, they emailed me 4 separate emails - one a confirmation link and 3 free vouchers. I validated. I downloaded load the app. Email invalid. Went to browser login. Try password reset- invalid email. You people literally sent me 4 emails to my email address including a confirmation link. Come on. Be better!

Utter trash
Never have I come across such a useless and utterly inept deployment of technology! The app is blatantly just trying to screw as much personal data from you as possible, including credit card data, with T&Cs that expressly remove personal data protection rights! To book any Plaza Premium Lounge it sends you to their website, which also doesn’t work! Imagine being in a business where your ONLY means of accepting upfront bookings doesn’t work. The chat “assistant” only sends you back to the same links and emails elicit no response either! Shouldn’t be allowed on Apple Store as clearly breaches the data privacy

Get help activating account
I had issues getting the activation email to setup my account. It seems to be a common problem!
However I made an enquiry through their website and then they got back to me by email. It was sorted out manually by them after a couple of days!
I recommend you contact them through the contact form on their website, if you do not get the activation code-email.
Hopefully they will sort out this bug soon 🙏

Doesn’t keep your purchases passes. I had to go hunting for them and sadly customer service for premium lounge passes is the worst.

I used a lounge at the Toronto airport and was asked to sign up for this. It was not needed.

Please allow vouchers to be put in APPLE WALLET instead of forcing us to download your crappy app.
Still garbage
The app is still garbage. Can’t book as it sends you to a reservation page. Can’t reserve as it sends to a booking page. There is nothing premium, or even vaguely useful about the app- which is essentially the shop window for all of the other services including the actual lounge facilities, gave up in the end as the effort appeared infinite, and the reward doubtful.

Please add support for Apple Wallet, it would make the card so much easier to use! This seems like quite the oversight…

Assistant manager at the lounges are amazing. Very helpful and great service overall. App is also very organized and easy to navigate.
Member is login for first time
Downloaded the app to transfer across from Arrture, as advised by email.
However when I go to login I just get the message “member is login for the first time” and the only thing i can do is click ok, which takes me back to the login screen.
Currently this app is a complete waste of time.

Cannot register because app doesn’t send emails
You cannot use this app because it does not send the registration or forgotten password emails yet after submitting the registration information once it insists you’ve already registered. I’ve checked my spam folder so it’s not that. The app just doesn’t sent the registration email so you cannot confirm it and actually use the app.

Pointless update
This new app takes time to load offers and still can't issue a virtual membership card to iPhone’s wallet. Why waste money on this? Good looking UI is not helping when app has no function.
