Look brah, the app cannot connect to my AC, and y’all been saying “unplug and plug”, still the same. You guys needa fix the app
App Needs to Notify When Door Not Closed
My washer door seems closed, but often is not. I try to remember to push it a 2nd time, but occasionally forget. After 4 minutes the App just informs me the cycle is complete - why doesn’t the app notify me that the door is not closed?

Please restore macOS functionality
The SmartHQ app became much less important to me when an update several weeks ago broke the ability log-in to the app and run it via macOS. Please fix it.
Was awful but turned out good
So I bought a Fisher and Paykel fridge .
At first the app would not work after sign up as it kept just going in an endless loop of telling me to verify my email address.
After contacting the company , they put my issue through to there IT team who overrode the problem.
Now all signed into the app and my fridge is connected.

Won’t connect
No matter how close I am to the device and how strong my home Internet signal is, I simply cannot use SmartHQ to connect to my device
Permission not available
It asks for camera permissions to scan a QR code but the settings for the app (in the phone settings) don’t give me an option to allow it access to the camera. Can’t use this feature.

Just downloaded the app and it continues to crash when I try to sign in.
Subscription prices are incorrect and charged double the advertised amount
Created a subscription for washing detergent. 2 bottles every 4 months. Advertised 15.99 per bottle in app. Went through checkout which said the same price. After subscription created it now says total was 62 bucks for two bottles, doubt the price of what was shown to me.
Cancelled straight away but would prefer my money back after being falsely advertised. Waiting for a response from support but will I get that before it’s dispatched?
Second time I’ve had a problem with subscriptions (before I couldn’t even place one). Should have just stuck with buying detergent from the supermarket and keep the washing machine fully offline….

Great app
Runs great. Picked up all my equipment super quick and easy!
Ads on app
It's ridiculous how many ads are bombed while trying to use app. I bought the AC, leave me alone.
Why isn’t the “time left” viewable from the home page?
That’s it. Why do I have to click into each separate appliance to see how long is remaining? It’s silly.
App sucks!
This app sucks! So many bugs. Won’t communicate with your smart appliances half the time. One day out of the blue I had to delete and reinstall my range. Needs a serious upgrade and overhaul.
Unable to save Shortcuts
Overall, I like the app and I like its ability to notify me when the timer on the oven goes off. But I had to deduct a couple of points because I have set up Shortcuts several times and every time I do, I hit save and it does not save them, so the Shortcuts feature is not useful to me at all.
Full of ads
App is full of constant nagging ads for subscriptions. It also requires first name, last name, and address for some reason. I just wanted to check how long my dishwasher cycle has remaining since it doesn’t have an indicator in the device, but I suppose that’s an unrealistic expectation.
App loses connection
I have a GE 10,000 BTU that I unplugged and reconnect constantly. I forgot about it as this is too unreliable- already deleted/added the app
Basically Useless App
You can sometimes see what is happening with washer or dryer. You may need to close and reopen app to get it to update 😳. You cannot control ANYTHING except to tell dryer to tumble fresh - which you cannot do (easily?) from the dryer itself.
