Unable to save schedule for Opal Ice Machine
App works, I guess, but I cannot get it to save an on/off schedule for my new Opal ice machine. I want to keep the machine from running over the weekend while the office is closed, but tapping Save does nothing. The button shows the tap animation, but beyond that, nothing else happens, and the schedule isn’t saved.

Vacations, no problem
If I forget to turn my air con off when I’m on vacation I can do it from anywhere in the world on my phone. Our kids are staying at ours whilst we are away and I will switch on remotely before they arrive. Amazing 😀
No longer works.
The app just freezes now when you try to get to your appliances. Pretty useless.

The app doesn’t always connect with washer.
I can no longer sign in
I was having issues about six months after I got my appliances getting notifications. I was advised by support center to delete the app and reinstall it now I can’t login. I’ve tried creating a new account. They won’t let me reset the password and I never get the email.
Not optimized for IPhone 17
This app WAS working fine on my previous iPhone however after upgrading to the 17 it no longer works. I can open it but once open I cannot view any settings or statuses almost like it’s frozen. Please fix ASAP!

Would like to control the dryer better. Turning it on or off & not just for wrinkle control. Other than that it’s great to know when the dryer is done

Would be nice to be able to use an app controlling expensive home products without being forced to see gigantic ads for GE products such as their laundry detergent.

I am legally blind, and use a screen reader. I want to be able to do my laundry without you know having to see.
The screen reader can tell me what the options are, but I can’t change the setting on the app.

Terrible, no support in Canada
Terrible, no support in Canada. Can’t order filters online. Only if you are in the US. Terrible app.

You spend thousands on a top of the range Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. You want to get it started so you scan the QR code. App is useless and does not work. No onboarding how you use the product. No idea where anything goes. Really appalling experience

Frustrating connectivity issues
For the past two weeks, I've had to remove and re-add my appliance (a fridge) daily just to get the app to recognize it — it doesn't stay connected. My dishwasher, on the other hand, stays connected fine. However, notifications aren't working for either appliance, so I'm not getting the alerts I actually need the app for. If these issues get fixed, I'd happily update my rating, but right now the app just isn't reliable enough for everyday use.

On off button unresponsive
App is kinda slow and feels bulky, there’s a bug where when I go to turn off the device, the power button doesn’t respond. Have to force close app and open it again in order for it to respond. Kinda ghetto ngl

Please add notifications about errors as well (like h2o supply). I want to know if device stopped in the middle and never completed the cycle.
