Due to technological and legal limitations, it is not possible for us to check conversations and domains for content or activities. Even if we decided to scrape websites or use third-party categories it would be impossible to detect a scammer. We can only find out information the website is willing to share and we are not responsible for the user’s activity. If you suspect a website to be a phishing website, please fill the scam report form available at: https://www.smartsupp.com/help/report-scam/ After receiving all the information through this form, we will investigate. If we detect a scam, we will immediately take actions such as blocking the account. If we weren’t able to detect a scam from the website, then, unfortunately, we won’t be able to take any further steps. In any case, we highly recommend reporting those websites to the Police or to the concerned authorities.
